Here's my late replication of the patch notes. The GMs posted these patch notes at their official facebook account and I cannot access it in the office. So this is my only time to write this post.
We don't have any interesting item listed on the patch this week aside from the new headgears on Hypermart. However the Crimson Dawn Event and Crowd Control: High Orcs are still implemented in-game to keep us busy for this week. This maybe the last week for these quests so grab the opportunity to finish these quests.

PHILIPPINE RAGNAROK ONLINE DECEMBER 8 PATCH NOTES
Maintenance will start at 8:00am and will end at approximately 3:00pm
I. PATCH SIZE: Less than 6MB
II. GAME UPDATES:
1.) Deactivate the modified EXP for the following servers:
a.) New Chaos Server - From 2EXP to 1EXP
b.) Valkyrie and Valhalla Servers - From 3EXP to 1.5EXP
2.) Patch the Simbang Gabi Event to Sakray Server for Testing
3.) Apply bug fixes - Main Servers (Currently being tested)
a.) Bug fix on Pilebunker Weapon (Cannot be worn by Genetic job)
b.) Bug fix on Rod, Staff and Books (Mage Class)
III. ITEM MALL UPDATES/PROMOS:
1.) Item Mall Sale will be extended this week (Get up to 88% off on select items!)
2.) NEW ZODIAC HEADGEAR: Libra Diadem [1] and Libra Crown [1]
3.) BY DEMAND: The Change Name Service is back! For only P200.00 per ticket

Great blog site here! Anyway, I have a question. Are you familiar with the Lady Luck quest? I've been back in playing pRO and I'm not familiar with the quest. I think it's the one with the "Lady Luck shines upon ....! ... has awarded the player with Raydric Card!", something like that. Haha. Again, thanks and keep up the good work in your blog! RoK on!
Actually it's not a quest.
It's a global message which tells us who got a rare item from the lucky scrolls sold at hypermart.
But now it also includes selected rare items dropped by monsters like Raydric Card.
The format is something like this Lady Luck shines upon [Player's Name]. [Where they got the item - either monster/scroll] awarded this [Rare item received]
Oh, okay, i see. Anyway, do you have an idea on what level would one get a Raydric Card or whatever? o.O
You can get a Raydric Card at any level. It's pure personal luck.
