Allocation of skill points on Ragnarok Online is very strict. All job classes has a lot of available skills but we can only choose a few of them. A mistake in allocation of skill points might prevent your character from getting some of the essential skills for your job. However they have provided an item to reset your skills called Neuralizer
Resetting my Skills for Renewal!
Quest Requirement:
0 WeightNeuralizer
Quest Proper:
The quest doesn’t have any NPC to interact with. You only need to purchase a Neuralizer at the nearest Hypermart. A Neuralizer box is also available through lucky scrolls and they are trade-able and vend-able. And it is advisable to purchase this item during sale only because the original cost is PHP 350.
Neuralizer item used for resetting skill points
To start the reset, remove all items with weight in your inventory until you have reached 0 weight. Some items are character bound but they don’t have any weight so you don’t have to worry about them. However there are some character bound items that has weight like Bubble Gum and Experience Rings. All you need to do is to consume all those items until they are all used up. For rental items like Experience Rings, you need to wait for its expiration inorder to reduce your weight to 0. If you attempt to use the Neuralizer with weight, nothing will happen. The Neuralizer will not be used up either.
Strictly follow the 0 weight requirement
Also note that you must be in a town in order to use the item. And when all the conditions are met. Double click the Neuralizer and your skills will all be reset. Quests skills and Enlarge Weight Limit from Gympass are not affected with the Reset.
Skills before using the Neuralizer
At this point you can now re-allocate your skill points to the proper skills. The skill point allocation will be 1st job skills first, followed by 2nd job skills then finally 3rd job skills. You cannot transfer the skill points from the 1st job going to the 2nd job or 3rd job. Also you cannot transfer the skill points for the 2nd job going to the 3rd jobs.
Be careful on putting skill points because you might be using the skill points reserved for the 2nd job skills and allocating it on the 1st job skills or using the skill points reserved for the 3rd job skills and allocating it on the 2nd job skills or 1st job skills.
Skill points after using the Neuralizer
The number of skill points given back is the same as the total skill points you have before resetting. I'll give a quick scenario below.
Player A job changed to 2nd job at job 50, then job changed to 3rd job with job 70 and has remaining 11 skill points for the 3rd job skills. Then the number of skill points that will be returning to him is 129. That is the total of 49 skill points from 1st job, 69 skill points from the 2nd job and 11 skill points from the 3rd job.
Player B job changed to 2nd job at job 40, then job changed to 3rd job with job 50 and has remaining 11 skill points for the 3rd job skills. Then the number of skill points that will be returning to him is 99. That is the total of 39 skill points from 1st job, 49 skill points from the 2nd job and 11 skill points from the 3rd job.
There are no limit with the number of resets used with Neuralizer. As long as you have the money to buy the item you can have an unlimited skill reset.

Pag nag Neuralizer ka ang paglalagay ng skills ay 1st job muna tapos 2nd job tapos 3rd job.
Ang pwede lang e ilagay ang 3rd job skill points papunta sa 2nd job or 1st job.
Pero ndi pwede yung 1st job and 2nd job skill points papunta sa 3rd job.

Basahin nyo po yung sagot ko dun sa unang nagtanong.
Hindi po malalagyan yung 3rd job skills unless naubos nyo yung skill points para sa 1st job and 2nd job skills.
Pag nagawa mo na yan at may problem pa din try mo recon then allocate ulit.
Pag wala pa din file ka na lang po ng CS ticket.
Tingin ko na bug ang character mo.

BTW About po yan sa Neuralizer ko..
Try mo sa Alberta na town. dun kasi ako gumagamit ng neuralizer. Double check mo din na wala kang mount or cart or falcon/warg. kung Genetic ka dapat ang cart mo nasa 8000 or less yung weight.

Yung neuralizer na 3000 naka sale na sya sa lagay na yan.
Effective ang safetywall pang protect ng Emperium. Pwede rin sa PVM pero overall situational na lang gamit nya hindi tulad ng dati.

Ang Sanctuary lvl7 lang kinukuha dun. mas ok para sakin ang Meditatio over Kyrie kaya Meditatio ka na lang.
D ko sure pero try mo ikafra yung Mark of Paradise Team. kung ayaw no choice kundi ibenta mo na. Yan lang yung nakikita kong possible na may weight sayo.

pag ndi dumaan ng trans ganun pa din yung skills mo. hindi madadagdagan ng trans skills. pati skill points yung walang bonus skill points din makukuha mo.

sir, question po. I saw in the recent update na sale ang neuralizer at 2000 roks (100php). My question is, can i buy as many as for example,3, then I'll use one and save the remaining to my storage and use it whenever I like? Or can it be saved to Kafra storage?
Yes you can buy as many as you like. It is account bound so you can store it in your Kafra.

hanapin mo sa mga items mo yung may weight. like bubble gum or Field manuals. walang kinalaman yan sa stat reset.
General question sa Stat Reset at Skill Reset, panu ung mga items na iremovable. Like Apple Ring, Rune Plate etc. How does that affect the weight requirement?
You must target 0 weight or else you can't perform stat reset or skill reset.
You can place the items on your kafra, trade it to other character, sell to NPC or use it for consumables.
Sir, lets say may GX ako, 150/50 siya. kaso nung SinX siya, job 66 ko ginawang GX. pag nag nuera ako, do I get 65 points for 2nd job skill points? or kakainin ng 2nd job skills yung 4 na skill points for 3rd job skills? Yes 65 skill points lang ang pede mo gamitin sa 2nd job.
Pero wala kang 4 spare points kasi hindi mo naman na earn yan.

May 2 way para mag ranger:
1. Novice => Archer => Hunter Lv99 => Ranger
2. Novice => Archer => Hunter Lv99 => Trans Quest at magiging Lv1 ka ulit => High Novice => High Archer => Sniper Lv99 => Ranger

Huwag mo masyadong intindihin ang job bonus kasi lahat ng job class iba iba ang job bonus. Iba ang bonus ng Hunter sa Sniper at sa Ranger. Kung gagawa ka ng build wag kang mag rely masyado sa job bonus. Isa pa maliit lang ang stat points na bigay ng job bonus kaya hindi mo dapat problem sa build mo. Dapat solid na yung AGI and LUK mo pag gusto mo talaga ang auto blitz/warg.

Tradeable din ba yung nabibili sa Hypermart? Nakabox ba yun pag binili?
ang alam ko yung nasa hypermart is hindi na nakabox. so hindi sya tradeable.
