VIP

VIP System is the premium service introduced by ROMSP to provide extra perks to players who purchase the VIP Item. The system aids players in their leveling needs and provides convenience.

Variants:
The premium service can be availed once you obtain or purchase one of the variants below. The premium service starts once you open the box and get the Card. All Boxes are account bound except for the 15 Day Box which is tradeable while all Card are account bound. 

• VIP 3Day Box - obtainable from events and daily logins
• VIP 7Day Box - obtainable from events or purchase from Kafra shop
• VIP 15Day Box - purchase from Kafra Shop
• VIP 30Day Box - purchase from Kafra Shop or reward from RO Steamer Event

The VIP Card is an ETC item which enables players avail the premium services. The character holding the item is the only one who can avail the services. However the Card is account bound so you can always pass around via Kafra Storage to avail the service to the rest of your characters on the same account.

How to Use the Services:
Locate VIP Employee from all towns usually besides the town Kafra. The NPC looks like a male version of Kafra and wearing a blue clothing

VIP Employee is also located in Eden. He stands on the left side when you spawn on Eden.

Services:
1) Buff Service for 30minutes

• cost 3,000z
• +10 Food Buffs (all)
• 3% reduction to physical and magic damage
• Full HP and SP heal
• 10% increase in Base EXP and Job EXP
• 10% Drop Rate
• buff is removed upon death
• cheaper way to fully heal than Inn Service during War of Emperium

2) Warp Service
Price depends on the map destination. From observation the pricing is cheaper than the Billboard Mission warps except for the Global Town which cost more. 

Town Warps:

• includes Main Town, Additional Town, Global Town and North Town
• cost depends on the town category

Dungeon Warps:

• includes all dungeons categorized by level of difficulty
• costs 4000z

PVP Room:

• cost 1000z

Instance Dungeons:

3) War of Emperium Warp

• includes all castles on Britoniah, Greenwood Lake, Valkyrie Realm, Luina, Nidhoggur and Valfreyja
• cost 3000z

4) Daily EXP Reward

• Receive 500,000 Base EXP and 250,000 Job EXP daily
• Daily reset is at 5am Philippine Time
• received experience can be further increased via Field Manuals and Job Manuals
• server modified experience will also increase the received experience

5) Repair Service
Repairs damaged equipment and armor for 5000z each. The price is consistent with the repair service in eden. It is very useful during War of Emperium since most VIP Employee are always near Kafra save points which saves a lot of time. Players will no longer need to ask for warp to Repair or  go to Eden for repair.

6) Mercenary Service

• Receive a free 5pcs 8th Grade Bowman Mercenary Scroll per day
• Daily reset is at 5am Philippine Time
• Item is Character bound
• it weighs 10 for each piece so be careful not to collect a lot to prevent overweight
• sells to NPC at 1z
• not really helpful for leveling since it does not have Double Strafe
• it can act as decoy to remove aggro from monsters when you are fleeing

7) Learn 1st Class Platinum Skill

• Instantly learn the 1st Class Platinum skill without quest based on your job
• Service is previously being offered by Mader Sitang from the anniversary event

8) VIP Subscription System/Exchange
When opening VIP Box it will give you VIP Kards which can be redeemed for items. VIP Kard is account bound

4) Increased Rewards from limited events

• Sports Day Event (event ended)- collect x2 tags and x2 experience
• The Devil's Follower Halloween 2020 event (event ended)- collect additonal 2 Trick or Treat Scroll and x2 experience

Comments:
The upgraded perks from the VIP together with discounted prize made this item desirable to be purchased. It will surely boost up your leveling needs.

It really adds a lot of value to your purchase. Free to Play players are not really left behind since all daily logins always include 1pc 3 DAY VIP. You can maximize the use of the item during the weekends when it has modified experience or when you choose to transcend your character for free.

For the VIP's Kards exchange, the only worth it to redeem are the Enriched Ores, Reset Stone and Reset Skill Stick. The other items can be redeemed from Daily Login except for the costumes. If you are consistently opening 30 Days VIP for 12 months then you can redeem the costumes but I think by that time these costumes are already obsolete. Opening multiple 30 Days VIP just to get them is not worth it.
