Overview:
ROMSP has released the Halloween 2020 event at the end of October. The event
takes place mostly in Niffleheim where it has the spooky theme perfect for the
event. The quest is restricted to level 50 and above but in reality it can
only be performed mostly by high level characters due to the difficulty of
monster killing and item gathering.
This article will not provide the step by step quest guide since it was
already provided by ROMSP on their website. If you need the full guide please
refer to the links below. However this article will provide tips and my
personal experience on how to go over with the quest easily.
Duration
Start: October 22, 2020
End: November 19, 2020
The Cast:
During the event I performed the quest alone because of the nature of the
quest. My blacksmith performed the main quests however my Rouge performed the
item gathering. If you have the money you can just buy the item materials from
other players
Preparation:
Redeem the item code YSW9-T4CW-K8VF-GK2F on your account. Be sure to get item
called Death Inner to the character that will perform the Halloween Quest.
Only players with this item can talk to the NPCs for the quest.
Farming Hyzologist for the Broken Needles in Niffleheim is definitely the
first step to take since it has a low drop rate and the monster has low spawn
rate
The Candy and Candy cane can be farmed from monsters but you can also buy
Poring Doll and Puppet at Prontera to be exchange in Alberta
The Poring Doll can be exchange to Candy while the Puppet can be exchanged to
Candy Cane
The cursed water can be farmed or create via quest. The easiest way is to
create cursed water at Eden group but you can still buy it from other players.

Start of Quest:
To start, go to Eden Group and talk to Ms. Everything Cute Version to teleport
to the event area.
To get more rewards from the quests your character must be carrying a VIP
Card.
Non-VIP card user will get 9pcs total Trick or Treat Scroll vs VIP card user
that can get 15pcs total Trick or Treat Scroll at the end of the quest.
Quest Part 1 - Finding The Cursed Dolls
The quest is straight through. Talk to Annabelle and accept the quest.
Basically you just need to talk to the Cute Pandora to these locations. Go
back to Annable and receive the reward
Quest Part 2 - Saw Candy
Farming in advance will help you a lot on this quest. The only thing you need
is to farm the Bloody Razor Blade which will start dropping once you accept the
quest from Lady Kaka
Kill monsters around the Niffleheim town and you can easily farm the item. If
you have a lot of spare time you can farm excess Bloody Razor Blade for the next days of
quest. Once done go back to Lady Kaka to receive the rewards
Quest Part 3 - Devil's Follower
Another straight forward quest where you just need to kill 1 Devil's follower
which has exclusive spawn at Niffleheim town during the event. Its an easy to
kill monster that looks like one of the incantation of Morroc. Go back to
Katie to receive the rewards
The quests resets every 5am every morning but if you didn't finish all 3
quests after the reset then you will just continue the quest where you last
end up.
Rewards:
The more Trick or Treat Scroll you have the more chances of getting items. The
best item to get from the scroll are the two costumes, Miracle Medicine, Token
of Siegfried and Bloody Candy
Each opened scroll will give you 1 Pumpkin Deco. Earn 200pcs of Pumpkin Deco
will enable you to trade them to either Scatleton Egg or Skelion Egg.
I didn't have the patience to perform the quest diligently because of the item
gathering part demands so much time than I felt like the end rewards does not justify my efforts of doing so.
