ROMSP Power Leveling

Overview:

The craze for experience has heightened every time our servers receives a modified experience. All of us grind to death just to level up our characters since the modified experience only lasts for a limited time. This is also the time where our server had an enormous increase in population. In order to maximize the experience gain I will be providing you with lists of things that will complement your leveling needs. The list is not only applicable during modified experience but even during the normal days.

Power leveling means maximizing the gain of experience during your leveling moments. The best way to grab the chance of getting more experience is to equip your self with more experience enhancing items and services. Listed below are ways to help you in gaining more experience. Do note that you will gain more experience during modified experience while using this list. Promos, Events and Event Rewards are excluded on the guide since they are only available for a certain period.

-= Group Leveling =-

Group leveling means leveling through party. The amount of members on the party does not matter since the leveling is quest based. Each member of the party will take the quest and will share the kill count. Ideal party is a main killer, couple of supports and the rest are leechers

Billboard Mission

• Currently the best leveling option in the game
• Provides experience once completed the quest
• In general you will need to kill 100 of the chosen monster then turn it in for the experience
• Kill count is shared to all party members as long as the monster died within the sight range of the party member
• Experience Manuals further increase the received experience
• Server wide Modified Experience further increase the received experience
• Can accept multiple billboard quest

Mc Tiffany

• The next best leveling option
• Same concept with Billboard Mission but the quest has a cooldown of 3 hours
• Provides 1 monster hunting quest and 1 item exchange quest
• Kill count is shared to all party members as long as the monster died within the sight range of the party member
• Gained experience can be modified further if you use Experience Manuals
• Server wide Modified Experience increase the received experience

The Contributor

• Receive instant experience points in exchange to loots based on your level
• There is no limit on the amount of loots to exchange as long as you are still on the level range
• Will drain your resources but cuts your leveling time by a  lot

Miracle Medicine

• Receive 3,000,000 base EXP and 1,500,000 job EXP
• Cannot be modified by any means
• Received from Daily Login, Lucky Scrolls, Freebies, Promos and Events
• Account Bound
• Best to use at level 75+ Non-transcendent and lvl70+ Transcendent

Bloody Mary

• Receive 2,000,000 base EXP and 1,000,000 job EXP
• Cannot be modified by any means
• Received from Lucky Scrolls
• Tradeable
• Best to use at level 75+ Non-transcendent and lvl70+ Transcendent

Minor Growth EPotion

• Receive 15,000 base EXP
• Cannot be modified by any means
• Received from Daily Login, Lucky Scrolls, Freebies, Promos and Events
• Account Bound
• Best to use when leveling of first job character is unbearable

Minor Growth JPotion

• Receive 15,000 job EXP
• Cannot be modified by any means
• Received from Daily Login, Lucky Scrolls, Freebies, Promos and Events
• Account Bound
• Best to use when leveling of first job character is unbearable

Experience modification through buff service

VIP Card

• Item that enables you to access the VIP Employee that offers  different Premium Services.
• Can be obtained from daily logins, promos or purchase it on the Kafra shop
• One of the services offered is a the VIP buff that provides Full Food Buff with increased 10% experience but removed upon death
• Daily instant experience option

Field Manuals

• Consumable items that increase your gained experience for 30mins
• A buff icon will appear at right side of your screen indicating that you will have increase experience gain
• The buff will last for the whole 30mins and will not be remove upon death
• Field Manual forms
• Field Manuals - increases experience by 150%
• Daily Battle Manual and HE Battle Manual - increases experience by 200% The difference is that Daily Battle Manual is account bound while HE Battle Manual is treadable but only lasts for 15minutes.
• X3 Battle Manual- increases experience by 300% and can only be obtained if you gamble on specific lucky scroll which contains this as one of the reward items
• Job Manual - increases gained job experience by 150%.
• Warning: Field Manual, Daily Battle Manual, HE Battle Manual and X3 Battle Manual do not stack with each other. Job Manual is the only Manual that could be stacked to any of the field manuals

Commemoration of Emman

• Offer 1 Flower to Emman's grave and will grant Field Manual 200% buff
• Limited to 5 times per Character so if you used up all 5 then that's it
• No reset or refresh available so use it wisely

Billboard Pass Redeem

• Exchange 5pcs to 30mins Buff Increase Base EXP 150%
• Exchange 5pcs to 30mins Buff Increase Job EXP 150%
• Billboard Pass can be obtained by completing Billboard Quests.

• C Baseball Cap - Lucky Scroll headgear and Everything Exchange item which provides 3% experience
• C Amistr Beret - Everything Exchange item which provides 3% experience
• Costume Minstrel Hat - Event headgear which provides 3% experience
• C Frog Cap - Free Costume at Training Grounds which provides 1% experience
• C Asara Hat - Free Costume distributed during ROPH launch which provides 1% experience
• C Misty Ears - Free Costume distributed during ROPH launch which provides 1% experience

Upper Head Gear

• Meta Angel Figure - Lucky Scroll item which provides 10% experience
• Lucky Hat - Kafra Shop Item that provides 3% experience

Middle Gear

• Golden Ribbon - Lucky Scroll item which provides 5% experience and additional 5% experience if shoes is equipped with Experience Card. See list under Shoes

Lower Gear

• Drops Balloon - Lucky Scroll item which provides 5% experience

Armor and Muffler

• Upgraded Armor and Upgraded Muffler Combo - Craft Items that provides 10% experience
• Skarlet's Robe - Lucky Scroll Item that provides 5% experience

Shield

• Poring Power Shield - Lucky Scroll item which provides 5% experience at +7 and 10% experience at +9 but the experience given depends on the race card compounded on the shield.

• Race Shoes - Kafra Shop item which provides a 5% experience from a specific race and provides addition 1% experience for every level upgrade of the shoes
  • +10 Race shoes can provide 15% experience
  • the Race shoes can be slotted via Slot Enchantment with 100% success
  • Once slotted you can combo the shoes with the same race of experience card
