Merchant's Open Buying Store Skill

Overview:

Comes with renewal is a new quest skill for merchant class. The skill aims to help merchants to buy items they needed while away. This is similar with selling items while away using the skill Vend. It’s called Open Buying Store.

At the merchant guild ready to get the Open Buying Store Skill

Quest Requirement:

10,000 zeny
Vending level 1
Merchant Class and Super Novice Class

Quest Proper:

Visit the Merchant Guild and locate Purchase Team Mr.Huh. Talk to him and he will be discussing about opening a buying store.

Approaching Purchase Team Mr. Huh

If you show your interest and signed up, you will be charged 10,000 zeny for the one time registration fee. In order to sign up just type in your name on the text box provided for you.

Registering for opening a buying store

Congratulations! You can now start opening your own Buying Store. As a bonus for your registration he will give you 5 pieces Purchase Street Stall Lincense for free. Buying additional Purchase Street Stall License from him will charge you 200 zeny each. And you are allowed to carry up to 50 licenses at a time.

To confirm if you have successfully done the quest skill, open your skill window and find the Open Buying Store skill.

Obtaining the quest skill Open Buying Store

To set up your own buying store, put the item you are buying inside your cart then use the skill Open Buying Store. One piece of the item is enough to set up your store. Once you use the skill, two windows will appear similar with Vending. The first window shows the items you can use for buying. The second window is used for setting the prices and limit of the items you want to buy.

Setting up a buying store on a town

Once done with the set up, you will have a window similar to vending but the number indicated on the item refers to the number of pieces of that item you are buying. The number at the bottom of the window shows the limit of your zeny at you’re willing to pay.

Successful opening of a buying store in town

For a customers, viewing buying stores will have three windows. One window will show the item being purchased, the amount needed and the price at which he’s willing to pay. The second window shows the items you have that the buyer needs. The third window is used for selling your items to the buyer. It is similar with selling items to an NPC.

Buying store appearance on a customer point of view

These feature is a nice addition in the market. Players will be able to buy stuff that they need even if they are away. The transactions on the market will be easier with these additional feature.
