Billboard Mission

Overview:
Billboard mission is a feature introduced by ROMSP to assist players with their leveling needs. The billboards can be found on each town and has specific monsters on their list. In general, the quest requirement is to kill 100 specific monster then turn it in for experience.

Main Base:
Eden group has provided an easy warp to the different billboards at the first floor. You just need to look for the blackboard with fairies lined up. Please note that board mission towns are continuously updated and some are still unavailable.

The different warps are as follows:
Billboard Main Town
- cost 2,000z
- warps to Alberta, Payon, Prontera, Izlude, Geffen, Morroc, Al De Baran

Billboard Extra Town
- cost 3,000z
- warps to Comodo, Umbala, Nifflheim, Lutie, Glast Heim, Rachel Sanctuary, Nameless Island, Other Area(Not Available)

Billboard Global Town
- cost 3,500z
- warps to Ayothaya, Amatsu, Gonryun, Louyang, Moscovia, Dewata, Brasilis, Port Malaya

Billboard North Town
- cost 4,000z
- warps to Einbroch, Einbech, Juno, Lighthalzen, Veins, Rachel, Hugel

Billboard New World
- not available yet

How to use Billboard:
Locate the billboards on the towns or use the Eden warps to warp you on the exact location of the billboards. It is easy to locate them since they look like sign post with specific level indicators on them

Choose the level range that you are currently in and check on the monsters. Please note that you can only talk to the billboard of your level range. More information can be found on the monster list section of the article.

Once you talk to the billboard there are three options to choose from. These are to accept the mission, send mission or delete mission.

Accept Mission
If you accept the mission, you will be provided with the list of monsters that you want to kill. Either choose one monster at a time or choose accept all to take all the monsters on the list.

The quest of the monsters will all be reflected on your quest list at Alt + U.

See to it that the your chat option has the "Show Quest Information" ON so that when you kill a monster the kill counts will be displayed on your chat window. When you are on a party, kill counts are shared as long as you are on the screen of the party member who killed the monster.

Send Mission
The send mission can only be done once you have completed the quest to defeat the specified number of monsters. Non-VIP users can instantly get the base and job experience. However VIP users has a slightly increased experience received with an option to take x2 base, x2 job or split base and job.

VIP users has a more flexible option. If you are leveling a non-transcendent character where the job has been maxed out, you can maximize the experience gain by always choosing x2 base. For transcendent characters job level is harder to get so you can also choose to always take the x2 job.

Delete Mission
The option will delete an accepted mission. This is only used when you need to clear out missions from your quest window.

Billboard Monster List:
All of the billboard quest will require 100 kills of each monsters except for 1 billboard in Moscovia which only needs 70 kills. I will only be listing the monster available per town. The exact experience gained can be viewed on the ROMSP site linked under Source section. Some lower billboard missions has been updated to only require 50 kills.

Tips:
For level 99 non-trans characters, you can get as may billboard as you can which covers your level range. Complete the 100 kills on these monsters but DO NOT send mission yet. Once you job changed to transcendence and reached at least lvl70 you can send these missions to gain free experience just like a miracle medicine. However I advised that you send mission at around lvl75 or higher since this is one of the hardest level range to level up.

Billboard Pass:
On the August 13, 2020 patch, ROMSP enhanced the Billboard Mission feature by adding a Billboard Pass each time you turn in on any board quest. The number of Billboard Pass received is based on the level of mission you turn-in

• Mission Lv 30 - 60 = 1pc Billboard Pass
• Mission Lv 60 - 90 = 2pc Billboard Pass
• Mission Lv 70++ = 3pc Billboard Pass

To exchange the item, Locate Billboard Master at the first floor of Eden. He looks like a knight at the counter standing next to Instructor Boya.

Exchange the Billboard Pass to the following rewards:

• 1pc = 1 Soul Spirit Spell (Soul Linker buff)
• 2pcs = 30mins Endow Quake (change weapon element to earth property)
• 2pcs = 30mins Endow Tornado (change weapon element to wind property

• 5pcs = 30mins Buff Increase Base EXP 150%

• 30pcs = 1pc Boarding Halter 3 Days Box
• 300pcs = 1 Reset Stone
• 500pcs = 1pc Mr Joker (Headgear Upper)

Comment:
The Eden billboard mission warpers are good alternative instant warps since it cost less than the actual warps especially the global project maps which normally cost you 10,000. However for main towns it will cost you more so use kafra warp instead.

From experience, the low level mission boards are useless since you can easily out-level the mission boards without reaching the 100 kills. The sad part is that once your level is out of range you can no longer talk to the boards. The lvl70 and up boards are the only worth it boards to take especially when you are power leveling.

The best board to take are the Morroc 70++ Anubis, Pasana; Comodo 70-99 Stalactic Golem, Medusa, Anolian; Umbala 70++ Root Pinguicula, Wooden Golem; Moscovia 70++ Baba Yaga, Uzhas, Mavka; Brasilis 70-99 Curupira, Toucan, Jaguar, Piranha, Iara, Headless Mule. But watch of for Comeback stage with added Billboard Mission for faster turn-in due to increase spawn rate of monsters on the event.

The addition of the Billboard Pass feature is another boost to encourage players to use the Billboard Mission more. The best rewards to receive from these feature are the Badges which can be exchanged to PVP oriented weapons and accessory. Next would be the Reset Stone which is use to reset your stats. The rest of the rewards are personal preference.
