Unicorns had a soft opening for WOE SE on previous week to test the waters if we can somehow compete even with an incomplete line up. We are consistently joining the war of emperium first edition and this is the first time that we are participating for WOE second edition.
The adjustment of the war of emperium schedule for Yggdrasil had opened up commitments from most of our members so we agreed to officially start our campaign now.
We opened our war by attacking a pre-casted agit of Freedom Supremacy in Banadis. We had few tries before we were able to break into their defenses and organized our assault from the entrance.
Both of the Guardian stones were taken cared of by our fast moving champions while the bulk of team are waiting to assault the first barricade. The opposing guild tries to push us back but we remain strong as we take down one barricade after the other. Once we reached the emperium room, we have broken the emperium with some resistance.
We stayed at the emperium room to try and defend the agit and to see if the opposing guild comes back. One of our members suggested that we all hide so that we can surprise them with our attacks. However there are some members without a Hide clip so we acted as bait.
As they rushed towards the emp, our hidden members simultaneously unhide and attack them. We managed to caught them off guard and defended the emp successfully. Then we decided to visit other agits.
After a while we payed visit to Banadis agit and the Freedom Supremacy has a pre casted portal again. We then challenged their defenses by simultaneously going in and broken their portal defense.
One of the Guardian Stones was successfully broken by our Champion and we received a report that the guild are on a gvg stance at the other Guardian Stone. So what we did is to regroup and assume a gvg stance too as we approach the Guardian Stone
We managed to win the fight and broken the last Guardian Stone. From there on we charged at the emperium room with little resistance.
At the second hour we have observed that the Cyr agit was the hotspot of attacks from the bigger guilds. Apparently it is an eco agit of Valiant so they are putting all the effort to defend from the opposing alliance. We had an idea to gate crashed the agit for more action.
The entrance is very chaotic but most of the guilds are trying to regroup and organize themselves at a corner of the entrance. We managed to regroup ourselves but most of the time we are too little to push forward
We tried to portal defense longer to somehow help our members to regroup on our stack so that we can move further. When we had good numbers we tried to push further into the castle. At this point both of the guardian stones and a barricade is down so we tried to maintain our group as we move forward.
As we approach the second barricade, we came across the agit holder Valiant so we clashed with them to try and go through but unfortunately we were overwhelmed with their force.
At this point we are now prepared to conquer an agit so we visit Banadis again. It was heavily defended by Freedom Supremacy just like how they defended it during the first hour. With few attempts we were able to take over their castle.
We had a portal defense set-up immediately to prevent them from coming back and put up the Guardian stones and Barricade as fast as we can. However they did not come back so we are now preparing to slow down potential last minute attacks from other guilds.
At the last few minutes we had scouted a hot agit so most of our emperium breakers were called to help and try our luck on the last hit. Unfortunately another guild had conquered the agit in the end.
We are happy that Unicorns are now joining the War of Emperium Second Edition and hoping for good battles in our succeeding participation
