Fallacious Okolnir


Overview:
Fallacious Okolnir is a dungeon made by Valkyrie to test adventurers. Valkyrie prefers strong adventurers to enter Okolnir and Valhalla. The quest is also known as God Item Quest 2 where the godly items Asprika and Brynhild is born. For other details please visit the iRO wiki site.


Requirements:
Only 20 guild members or less are allowed enter the Okolnir dungeon. That makes 2 parties to participate on the quest. The Agit to be used to open the Okolnir must have an economy over 65 and defense over 30. Lastly, the guild master must be holding the complete ingredients for Asprika or Brynhild.



How to start:
Locate the Guide at the Guild Convenient Facility. Use the flag LF10 at the Emperium room in order to be warp at the Guild Convenience Area. The Guide will then check for the economy and defense of the Agit before warping the guild member to the Preparation area.


When the Agit requirements are met, the team will be warp at the Okolnir that is being guarded by the Wish Maiden. All team members must be at the Okolnir so as not to waste time.


The guild master will then talk to the Wish Maiden and ask for permission to enter the Okolnir Dungeon. The Wish Maiden will then create a portal for all members to enter the Okolnir Dungeon. The test of strength will only last for an hour. If the team succeeds, the guild master will be able to create a godly item.



Tests:

The Garden Labyrinth:
The team will be warped at the Garden Labyrinth in a random position. Please be advised to turn the effects and fog off. If not turned off the screen will appear to be hazy. Most of the monsters will not be seen on a hazy screen.


The Garden Labyrinth is a maze where in barricades in a form of colored flowers blocked the way. The colored flowers change position from time to time to create a different passage. The flowers have a characteristic of a plant where in it only takes 1 damage. It also has a high HP so it’s impossible to kill them before they change color and position.


The aim for this test is to kill all monsters within the maze. At first the team must kill the Garden Watcher, Garden Keeper and first job biolabs monsters. After killing them, stronger monsters spawns on the maze in the form of transcendent biolabs monsters. The secret in surviving in this map is to re-organize the team and try not to stray away from the group. The changing position of the flowers might separate a member from the group.




When all monsters were killed, the barricade flowers disappear and open up for the next test. Previously trapped members will now be able to re-organize with the group.


Passage through the Sky:
The long winding road next to the Garden Labyrinth is called the Passage through the Sky. There are two monsters in the area namely the aggressive Garden Watcher and the passive Garden Keeper. Garden Watcher has a high damage so it’s important to kill them so as not to harm the whole team. The Garden Keeper on the other hand is harmless and tries to run away while showing the emotion /hp.



The Garden Keeper must be killed in order to obtain a Crystal Key. The Crystal Key is needed to enter the portal to the next test. The key is not drop-able and trade-able so all members must loot at least 1 of these in order to proceed.


Battle versus Piamette:
Once a team member enters the portal leading to the next test, the monsters inside the room of Piamette will spawn. This starts the task of battling Piamette.


The room of Piamette contains mobs of Violy, Alice and Ancient Mimics. The monsters are easily wiped out when the team has a High Wizard to clear them up. Piamette sits at the center of the room but cannot be attacked.



The monsters inside the room must be cleared first then 6 random members must be caged in order to proceed to the next step. Members will be caught inside the cage when they stepped on a lighted circle on the ground that randomly appears around the room. Caged members are unable to battle and must not try to move out from the cage until 6 members are caged.


When 6 members are caged, 6 Keeper of the Key that looks like Barricade spawns beside a caged member. This Keeper of the Key protects the caged members so it must be destroyed to free them up. Be warned that there is a high spawn of Constants on the Keeper of the Key that commits suicide. One blast will take away a large chunk of your hp and a follow up blast from another Constant will kill you so be careful.


When all Keeper of the Key was destroyed, the Angry Piamette will get be mad and start to attack the team. The Angry Piamette will summon a Piamette mob to help her in devastating the team. The Angry Piamette is strong physically and magically but using brute force and full party it will take time before defeating her.



Temple:
After defeating the Angry Piamette, the team now walks towards the Temple. Valkyrie Wish Maiden will great the team as we ascend the Temple.


At the Temple, the team will be faced with a mob of Frus, Skogul and Garden Watchers. All monsters must be defeated in order to proceed to the next test. As soon as a member of the team steps on the trigger circle, the horde of Frus and Skogul will come out. The Skogul spawns at the right part of the map while the Frus spawns at the left part of the map. The Garden Watchers spawns at the top part of the Temple.




Battle versus Valkyrie Wish Maiden:
After all mobs were cleared, the Northern Magic Guardian spawns in the form of Garden Watchers. Kill them at once because after some time the Wish Maiden will then spawn and attack the team. The Wish Maiden looks like the Valkyries at the Odin’s Temple.


The team used brute force and magic strategy during the quest. The Wish Maiden had been defeated in a short span of time because of that strategy. When a team member exits the Okolnir, the global message has appeared broadcasting that an Asprika has been made.


The Asprika is godly equipment placed on the muffler slot. It reduces all element damage by 30%, flee +30, Mdef +5, Enable Teleport level 1 and def +5 but it cannot be refined. The teleport level 1 is enabled but consumes 400 SP per use as a penalty given by the Free to Play setting of Valkyrie.
