Patchnotes are up but I'm late in mirrorring it.
For me the patchnotes we have for the week is like a copy of previous patchnotes with not so much in-game events going. Hypermart still dominates the promotes.
There is something that caught my attention which is "Banker NPC". There are no additional info given even the link is not yet updated. I'm guessing it has something to do with storing of zeny or something to address the handling of overflowing zeny. I'm not so sure though so we better check it out when the the servers are up.
Lastly is the Neo Items sale. All neo lovers out there will enjoy the 50% discount provided on selected neo items at the hypermart. Be reminded though that it only lasts for 1 week. Neo items are rental items!

Hi Mark, Try checking the premium hypermart. If it's not on the regular hypermart then it might be on the premium hypermart.
The stat reset NPC might be deactivated this week. So you need to wait for it's re-implementation in the future.
