Upgrading items are brought to a higher level. No more worries on breaking a lot of items just to have a single over upgraded equipment. Now we can have an instant over upgrades with the use of Refine Deeds. Items can be safely over upgraded as high as +9 safely.
Quest Requirements:
- 1pc Refine Deed
- a general term to all items used to safely over upgrade items
- it has 2 varations namely Weapon refine deed and Armor refine deed
- obviously weapon refine deed are for weapons and armor refine deed are for armors
- over upgrade is determined from the name of deed - based from previously released deeds the lowest upgrade is +6 and the highest is +9
- unfortunately this item is character bound!
- as observed refine deeds can be acquired in different ways but it requires direct or indirect use of ROK points
- so far refine deeds appeared in Lotti Girl seasons, Special Hypermart, Convert and Receive (CnR) and Happy Hour (HH).
- Armor or weapon
- if you can't equip it then you can't refine it
- if you can't refine it with normal elunium then you can't refine it with refine deeds.
How to Upgrade:
Find the Refine Master located behind the Refine Building at center prontera. Its easy to find him because he's the only NPC located behind the building.
Talk to him and tell him that you'll be using a ticket or deed to refine your item. Just like the normal refining, he'll let you choose which item from your equipped items you want to refine.
Then choose which the level of upgrade ticket or deed you want to choose to refine.
If you choose an item that can't be refined she will not proceed with the upgrade. Also if you choose an upgrade that is not noted on your deed she will not upgrade it either.
Once done you'll have an instant overupgraded item. Congratulations!
Notes:
Upgraded gears can be upgraded again using Refine deeds.Gears with cards can be upgraded with the card still intact after the refine.

Either get it yourself gamit ang CnR, HH and sugal.
Or mag risk ka sa trading. hindi rin naman assurance na legit ang mga middle man. kaya deal at your own risk pa din.

Kung ginamitan ba ng +7 refine deed ang +4 na gamit, magiging +11 ba yun? In short, nagi-stack ba refine deeds?
Hindi po additive ang refine deed.
Kung ano ang upgrade na naka lagay sa refine deed yun ang magiging upgrade ng item mo.
Sa sample mo magiging +7 armor yung kalalabasan nung +4 armor mo pag ginamitan ng +7 refine deed.
sir herbert pwede po ba ung item na nagamitan ng +7armor deed tapos i rerefine mo gamit ang E.elu, question po eh mababasag po ba un at a certain rate or may percentage na maging +8 sya?
Kung F2P ka E.elu = elu in terms of % success sa refinement beyond safe limit. So yes pag gumamit ka ng E.elu mababasag po sya at a certain rate.
Refine deeds lang ang sure upgrade.

Sir Herbert, I was looking for a +4 armor deed (wala pala nun.. hehe..) napunta ako dito sa web page mo, might as well ask you a question.. kasi kinakabahan ako gumamit ng E.Elu baka kasi parang katulad sya nung ordinary Elu na +1 pa lang may chance na mabasag, yun E. Elu ba parang yung dati na safe sya mag upgrade up to +4?..

Hi nelson, sa pRO F2P servers walang safe limit ang upgrade. Pero pag ginamitan mo ng Enriched Elu or Ori magkakaroon ka ng assurance ng Safe Upgrade na tulad sa P2P server. So sa case ng Armors pag ginamit mo yung E.elu safe ang upgrade mo until +4. Pag nag upgrade ka pa going to +5 same na lang ng chance ang E.elu and normal Elu.

Separate NPC po yung nag upgrade using e.elu and elu. Sa prontera upgrading room lang nakikita yung nag upgrade using e.elu

Hindi siya permanent appearance sa hypermart.
Bale mga promos lang sya lumalabas like scrolls, donita and ligaya, lotti girl, cnr, hh etc.
Directly din syang binebenta through special hypermart.

Ang Refine Deed ay instant safe upgrade na ginagamitan ng deed. Yung NPC nun e nasa malapit sa building ng PVP Prontera.
Yung Refine Ticket not sure. Baka yan yung ginagamit sa mga upgrading event.
pwede po ba gamitin sa garments ang armor refine deed? worried kasi ako na baka masayang yung deed pag hindi gumana eh. thanks.

No worries. Wala syang weight at character bound sya. kaya pag nakakuha ka ng refine deed mas ok na i-store mo sya sa character na magbebenefit sa karamihan ng char mo.
