kRO Sakray's Renewal Skill Balance - Part 4

kRO Sakray has released another big patch this week regarding skill balancing for third jobs. The skill balancing includes major balancing to commonly used skills. The information was taken from the kRO patchnotes for this week. The one posted on my site is the translated skill balance from iRO wiki.

This will be the third big balancing patch applied on kRO Sakray. The focus of this update is balancing for 3-2 classes.

I want to clarify that the renewal skill balancing patches posted on this site were the big patches only. There are several small balancing patches released but I'm only considering the big patches to be posted here. Click the links below for the previous big balancing patches. Sakray Skill Balance Changes (translated by Doddler)

[Guillotine Cross]

    While under the effect of Hallucination Walk the Guillotine Cross cannot be affected by Vacuum Extreme.

[Royal Guard]

    Lowered the damage from Pinpoint Attack.
    Adjusted the duration and reflect rate of Shield Spell Lv 1's reflect option.
    Adjusted the shield break chance of Earth Drive.
    The experience cost of using Inspiration is set to 1%. Additionally, if you don't have 1% experience, inspiration won't activate.

[Sura]

    Lightning Ride: Skill reuse delay is adjusted. Changed from 0.2s to 1 second.
    Pressure Point: Cure: Now uses a number of spheres based on skill level. Also, the skill can no longer remove Guillotine Cross poisons, Freezing, and Burning status effects.
    Pressure Point: Convert: Fixed cast time changed to 1s, and skill cooldown time changes based on the skill level.
    Pressure Point: Energy Gain: Fixed cast time changed to 1s, and skill cooldown time changes based on the skill level.

[Shadow Chaser]

    Reproduce: Reproduce skill use SP cost is double.
    Shadow Form: Can now be canceled with detecting skills.
    Invisibility: The skill effect no longer cancels even if you receive damage. Skill cooldown time changed.
    Deadly Infect: The spread chance is changed from 100% fixed to being different for each skill level.
    Maelstrom: Corrected an issue related to the SP received through the skill.

[Wanderer/Maestro]

    Harmonize: The user and target's status weighting is changed to decrease the same.
    Severe Rainstorm: Damage varies based on skill level, but the duration of the skill is now the same for all levels.
    Gloomy: Can be used on anyone in siege and PVP maps, but can only be used on party members on other maps.

[Genetic]

    Fire expansion: Level 1 and 2 damage increased. Level 4's HP loss is changed.
    Hell's Plant: Adjusted the damage formula and weighting from INT.

Note:
Included in this patch is the balancing for Extremity Fist and Acid Bomb.

Ang AB fixed cast na tapos based na sa ATK, mATK and targets VIT.

Yung EF may partial fixed cast tapos bawal na mag SP pots for 5sec or 10sec yata yun after mo mag EF. Yung Ygg seed/Ygg berry may cool down na pag ginagamit pero yung Fish Slice and Pills (hypermart items) walang sinasabi kung same change.

shucks magmamahal Elemental Sword nito >< haha. thanks po. and ung EF nakakasad naman super pinahina :( kailangan mapatay mo ng 1 shot kalaban. :| pero thanks padin po.
isa pa po pala, hehe. sa cards po walang babaguhin? like TGK or other MVP cards? :D

Sad to say applied na yung change sa AB and most Genetic ngayon e STR and INT build na. Karamihan sa kanila gumagamit na ng TENS Red at hindi Elemental Sword.

Yung EF ang hindi pa na apply. Siguro isasama na to sa Bifrost patch + balancing patch.

Sa cards yung TGK may minor change lang sa drawback. currently -50 DEF and -50 MDEF at babaguhin into -50% DEF and -50% MDEF. pre renewal ganyan talaga sya pero since nagbago ang mechanics yung -50 DEF at - 50 MDEF e hindi na ramdam. parang binalik lang sya sa kung ano sya dati. =D

*inenerf ba ang damage ng EF or papalakasin ang damage ng EF?

Same lang po ngayon pati sa balancing patch yung damage ng EF. Magkakaron lang sya ng additional draw back which is bawal mag SP pots for 10s.

dapat matanggal un no cast EF pag naka +9 G.Fist, sobrang imba kasi eh, asa na lang sa no cast

Alam ko hindi kasama ang no cast EF galing sa +9 G.Fist sa balancing patch.

Sir ask ko lng po d ba pagnadeads ang mechanic nawawala ung mech nya. May solution po ba para d mawala ung mech maski ma dead ang mechanic?
