Patch Notes: May 30, 2012

Patchnotes are up but Bossnia has been deactivated. I hope everyone had a great week of power leveling. Thanks to Ifrit for the first time I got a level 150/50 character! yeehaw ~

My server Valkyrie doesn't have any event slated for this week so I consider this as a rest week for us. We really have a good time in power leveling last week. I was leeched and became a leecher too. My keyboard smashing and mouse clicking ability was tested to its limits!

Good for New Loki and New Iris, both have their crowd control event. This is the event where you will have to collect badges in exchange to Siege Headgears. These items are worth getting because first they are great equipments for those who are WOE enthusiasts and second they are stylish. For those who are interested I have written a journal about my experience for Crowd Control - Alarms and Crowd Control - Ice Titan The Ice dungeon would be more exciting crowd control especially when Ktullanux is summoned by a random player and delays everyones quests.

I was surprised another a new promo was introduced in the form of Slot NPC? I'm not sure what it is but I'm guessing another gambling NPC in another form. We have lots of gambling events installed in our server and they're creating another one.

Lastly that caught my attention is deleting of Golden Thief Bug. If they mean the card then I think only New Chaos is affected by this change since all F2P servers don't have these cards. I think pRO is making a stand not to implement GTB cards in our servers. The card was disabled almost eternally so deleting it might not hurt anyone. Boss Hunt – July 20, 2009

The MVP run that we had yesterday is just an impulse among my guild mates. My friend Angel was very happy that day to a reason that could not be disclosed. She called everyone available on the guild to join her at the Left Kafra Prontera because she wants to share the good luck that she had. We stayed there for a couple of minutes talking, laughing, sharing thoughts and burning time.

One of our guild mates suggested if we could hunt an MVP during that night. Everyone agreed to the idea because they were excited to fight with MVPs. We prepared ourselves and had our line up for the MVP fight. Here are the participants for this adventure:

•     ~ Herbie Boy ~ - a Paladin which is the tank
•     angel_sweet16 – a High Priest which is our primary support
•     -=[Ju-Pao]=- - a Champion which is our main killer
•     .blur. – a Wizard which is our secondary killer
•     Ayano^^ - a Hunter which is another secondary killer
•     tamie – a Hunter which is another secondary killer (Tao Gunka adventure only)

Patch Notes: May 23, 2012

Patchnotes are up and Modified Experience was removed. And this weeks event would be BOSSNIA into our servers.

Well I'm not that excited about the bossnia because it has a very high chance that it's the one with the "twist" version. I might visit the dungeon but will not be spending much time with it. Most of the MVP drops are being given away on CnR and HH anyway so maybe the new servers will be the only who will hunt and grind in this dungeon.

Safe Refine NPC is back! For those who are not aware this is the NPC responsible for instant safe upgrade using refine deed. You may read my Instant Safe Overupgrade post for more details.

Explore our latest patch Port Malaya. It's a global project map inspired by Philippine culture and mythology. This week our GM team posted a challenge to defeat bakunawa ang collect a number of its loots.
Last on my list is the RWC Philippine Tournament which will be held at SM Skydome on July 9, 2012. Be there and watch various teams play in order to represent our country on RWC 2012. Read the rest of the patchnotes after the break.

Guild Adventure at Glast Heim Castle

Last Friday July 17, 2009, angel_sweet16 has organized an adventure to the Glast Heim Castle for everyone in the guild. Most of our new guildmates were either new to the game or old players who had just made a come back. All of them were still on the stage of coping with the latest feature that Ragnarok Online has to offer and absorb information that we give them.
  
So far the only thing that we taught them is more on fast leveling up with the use of the mercenary system at Moscovia Dungeon. Aside from these, we also taught them about the Alberta Daily Quest to complement their daily experience gain. But leveling up through the mercenary system is not that enjoyable since you just have to sit and wait for the experience to come. My friend Angel thought of making their Ragnarok experience more enjoyable by organizing a trip to the Glast Heim castle.

Global Project maps are maps that are not part of the main story of Rune Midgard. These expansion maps portrays the culture and tradition of a certain country with an official server. All these maps can be accessed from Alberta, the port city of Rune Midgard

Patch Notes: May 16, 2012

Patchnotes are up and we have another week of MODIFIED EXPERIENCE. Gear up and get ready for another week of leveling up. Personally I'm hoping to have my first character to ever reach job 50! =)

Agit Lords is over so everything is back to normal. All agits are taken over by the GM team. All boss cards are activated again however the godly equipments were not mentioned to have been activated so let's see if they too are activated.

Nothing new on the event list. Violet Bunny Band Challenge is still on-going. Trading day has not been announce yet so we're still waiting. Lotti Girl has been updated for another week of gambling. And of coarse explore our newest patch Port Malaya! Everything is pinoy inspired from the map design, to quests, to monsters. Hope you enjoy.

Patch Notes: May 9, 2012

Patchnotes are up very late yesterday because we have a major patch released. pRO officially has Port Malaya patch now! In line with the release is a Modified Experience for all servers!

Well what more could you wish for another episode patch was released. Explore the new map that was designed for Philippines. For sure you can easily relate to the monsters and NPCs in the area. A lot of sceneries and designs are Pinoy. So enjoy the new episode ~

Sealed Boss Cards

Boss Cards are the part of the high end items in Ragnarok Online. They are cards powerful enough to bring out the best in your character. However Boss Cards are either expensive in the market or hard to obtain. Despair no longer because pRO released a lesser version of these cards called Sealed Boss Cards.

Patch Notes: May 2, 2012

Patchnotes are up during lunch time. And nothing special came up really.

The only thing caught my attention on the patchnotes today is new scrolled called Sofiel Aqua Scroll. The scroll has the chance to give Sealed Turtle General and Sealed Amon Ra cards. I'm not really a fan of sealed cards but if you want to push your luck on these items then good luck.

We still have on-going events like Agit Lords Phase 2 which is almost going to end. The Violet Bunny Band chanllenge which does not have any trading dates yet. Well that's all for now read the rest of the patchnotes after the break.
