Tiangge is a new Hypermart composing of three NPCs namely Lola Tiangge, Manang Tiangge and Aling Tiangge. This hypermart is designed to get best merchandise at a very affordable price. Goods on this Hypermart is very cheap compared to the regular hypermart.
How to get there:
It is very easy to get to the Tiangge NPCs. Go to Prontera near the Church. There are three NPCs there with Tiangge in their name. They appear at different times depending on the weekly offer
There is a slight change on the Tiangge location where in they have been relocated to Port Malaya. The three NPCs are now at the center of Port Malaya near the pond.
Tips:
The items being sold changes at a regular basis so check what they have offer as often as you can. There are a lot of good deals that can be purchased on this hypermart.
Since this is also hypermart the currency used to purchase items is in ROK points. Conversion is 1php = 20 ROK Points.

The list of sold on this hypermart is also available on the regular hypermart. What makes Tiangge a bit special is that they are selling frequently used and requested items at a very low price. Consumables discount may go beyond 50% off.

sinubukan ko maghunt ng slotted Hat [1] na dati
dinadrop ng Poison Spore bago yung Renewal patch.

Okay...nililinaw ko lang po na slotted Hat[1] ang nirirequest
kong info ke Mr.Herbert, tinatanong ko kung paano ako makakakuha
nun since ang pinaguusap dito ay isang " Low Level Equipment "
na mga Novices at Super Novices lang ang makikinabang dito at
halos hindi ginagamit ng mga higher class jobs.
Now, I would like to stress the word " GREED " kasi po hindi
malabong gawing Hypermart Item ang slotted Hat. Una sa lahat
napakababa lang ng defense rate ng slotted Hat, so unreasonable
naman kung isasama pa nila sa Hypermart itong Hat na to. Obvious
na GREED na po yun kung hindi pa po nila ipapaubaya sa mga
players yung Hat at sakaling me balak pa silang pagkaperahan ito.
Sana naman hindi dahil mga Non-Botters ang mahihirapan dito.
Honestly speaking wala akong idea kung nasaan na ang slotted hat. Kung ang issue mo po ay lowbie gears try mo po mag Eden Quest. May freebie equipments na binibigay dun for lowbies. Worth it sya gawin as compared kung mag huhunt ka pa ng gears.

wanted to obtain that slotted Hat is because it is part of a
headgear quest that I was planning to do.
It's for the Sunday Hat quest. Unfortunately it is no longer
possible because one of the item ingredients that was suppose
to be easy to obtain is no longer obtainable due to Level Up's
Anti-Bot campaign that brought about some serious consequences.
I guess you can't have it all...(sigh)
Sorry to hear that. But if your after the look of Sunday Hat you can wait for Crowd Control Quests that are being organized by the GMs. You can earn a Siege Sunday Hat after the quest but I think for now only New Loki has these series of events.

And also I would like to give out a suggestion to Mr. Herbert concerning about the Port Malaya Flea Market (Tiange). Why not conduct a survey to the public regarding on the items being sold on the flea market. Honestly not all items in there are appealing. If they want to increase their sales then they should bring back their past merchandise like...
1) Veteran Sword, Veteran Hammer and Veteran Axe
2) Whickebain's Tail and Whickebain's Ears
3) slotted Beach Towel and so on and so forth...
Bottom line Level Up Games. Give the public what they want.

I think 2 Sign Accessory stacks just like MOH does.
As for the the survey, I think you can get an idea on what the people wants through the shouts and buying pubs near Tiangge. In fairness to Tiangge, most items being sold in this hypermart are in-demand items for WOE and Boss Hunts.
On the items that you listed only Beach Towel appeared on Tiangge. I think most of the items on your list are outclassed by the items being given from CNR so the demand is not that high. No 2 on your list has been given out on a CNR promo.
For your last line. I'm not sure if you're thinking that I'm part of Level Up Games. Just to emphasize, I'm also a regular player like you. So I'm also dependent on what the GMs presents to the public.
