Showing the location of Torsen
Torsen is located in Alberta. To be specific he is just at the right hand side when you spawn in Alberta. Walk a few steps to your right and you'll bump on a building with two NPCs. One of them is a man wearing glasses and he is Torsen.
Torsen in Albera
Most of the prizes being distributed via Torsen are event and promo prizes. Example of promos are Convert and Receive also known as CnR and Happy Hour. Example of events are Bunny Band Upgrading Event and Log-in Rewards.
List of Prizes to be received
If by chance you have participated a promo or event more than once your prizes might not appear immediately. Torsen can only show up to 10 rewards if I'm not mistaken but the number of items he can accomodate is unknown. To get your recent rewards you must receive first all your old rewards. If you can't see your reward on Torsen then it's either the prize has not yet been awarded or you failed to meet the requirements in order to receive the reward.

kailangan mo lang mag abang sa forums or sa official FB fanpage ng pRO. dun sila nagpopost kung may CnR na promo. pano sumali? mag top up ka lang then iconvert mo yung niload mo ROK or premium. usually in denominations of 500php and 1000php

Kung anong account ang nag avail ng CNR yun ang makakatangap ng items kay Torsen. Hindi sya pwedeng iclaim gamit yung iba mong RO account kahit naka link pa sa iisang mylevelup account.

How about topping up 500 or 1k as credits before Happy Hour, then convert it to Rok points once an event is announced, is it still valid?
Yes it is still valid as long as you have "convert" your load on the time indicated on the event. be mindful that there is a 2 month expiry of load from the time you top up.
to participate CnR and HH, sapat na ba ang pag "convert" ng said load(ROK or Premium) during the time given? or kelangan pa gastusin ung mga ROK points na kelangan, like p1,000 = 20,000 rok... Kelangan ko bang bumili ng items sa hypermart and accumulate worth 20,000 rok of expenses?
Basta na "convert" mo sa myLU ok na yun. Yung ROK mo pede mo na gastusin anytime.

Hindi.
Kailangan mong abangan kung may CnR or HH promo.
Pag meron kasama dun yung mga items na pwede mo makuha pag nagconvert ka. Tignan mo dun kung may KVM points.
Since Torsen is out, is there any other way to redeem the Level UP rewards (Non-CNR/NonHH)? The one that comes from accumalted points from topping up.
There is no other way but to wait for Torsen to come back.
Sir herbert, just played RO again. Wala naba si torsen? Or narelocate siya? Kasi may mga unredeemed items pako sakanya galing sa CnR. Thanks in advance.
Wala na si torsen kasama ng mga rewards na nasa kanya. nagbigay dati ang pRO ng timeline para kunin ang rewards bago nila tinanggal si torsen. Bale si Wendy na ang bagong taga bigay ng rewards.
