Soul of Umbala

Overview:

Umbala has been renovated to provide spice on your adventure whenever you visit its jungle. Selected local monsters has been modified to add Soul of Umbala to its drop.

Quest Requirement:

Soul of Umbala

• dropped by Wooden Golem, Iron Fist and Root Pinguicula by low chance
• account bound
• 0 weight

When you defeat the selected monsters on Umbala Dungeon, you'll notice that Soul of Umbala is dropped selected monsters on Umbala Dungeon. Collect them all and exchange them for items or services

How to Exchange:

Locate Voodoo Girl [Umbala] in Umbala town. She looks like a shaman standing on the lower right from the Town Kafra.

Talk to the Voodoo Girl and she will briefly provide the story behind the soul of Umbala. Then she will provide you with option that will provide a list of items or services that can be exchanged

• 200pcs = 1 Day Buffet Fly Wing
• 200pcs = 1 Day Boarding Halter
• 200pcs = 1 Day Four Leaf Clover in Mouth

Level Boost Items

• 10pcs = 150000 EXP
• 10pcs = 150000 Job EXP
• 20pcs = Job Manual Buff for 30mins

Card

• 1500pcs = Stone Shooter Card
• 2500pcs = Wooden Golem Card
• 3500pcs = Dark Pinguicula Card
• 5000pcs = Scorpion King Card

Equipment

• 1500pcs = Magic Stole
• 1500pcs = Gorilla Model Hat
• 2500pcs + 50 Silverine = C Cyber Peacock
• 2500pcs + 50 Silverine = C Umpah Umpah Hairband
• 2500pcs + 50 Silverine = C King Kong

Velvet Showcase is also selling the items at a maximum price in ROKs. It looks like a frog that stands besides Voodoo Girl [Umbala].

Notes:

• Job Manual Buff service is the same as the Job Manual from Kafra Shop and Daily login so it won't stack
• Silverine is a Kafra Shop ingredient

Comments:

The addition of Soul of Umbala drop does not make Umbala more attractive for farm or leveling up. The weekly Comeback Stage which highlights a map, increases spawn and increases base experience will always overshadow the dungeon unless the comeback stage will involve the Umbala monsters.

The drop rate of Soul of Umbala is low so accumulating more than a thousand will take time and effort. However if we look at the list of exchange items only the Dark Pinguicula Card and Magic Stole are worth getting. The costumes are not that amazing compared to the Lucky Scroll costumes plus the fact that you need a Kafra shop ingredient makes it not worth getting.
