Veterans will surely recognize the twins Donita and Ligaya who led to the downfall of the pRO's P2P servers. The twins were suppose to be a zeny drain event for all servers but ended up in a mess. The economy went downhill as the market was flocked with Old Card Albums coming from this twins. Many players got a handful of the most sought after card the Ghostring card. As a result a drastic decline in the player base of pRO. Guess what? they are back with vengeance!
Where to find the twins:
The twins just like in the past is part of the zeny drain effort of the GM team to somehow reduce the amount of zeny in all servers. If you want to take part of the zeny drain effort in exchange with a high valued item then try your luck with Donita and Ligaya. The twins are offering their gambling prowess in Brasilis and Dewata. You may want to read my Access on Global Project Maps post in going to these towns
Talk to any of the two girls at these locations. If you're a newbie, the girls are happy to give you instructions on how it works. Just select the first option and you are set to hear all the instructions.
Now if you are are familiar with the event then you can choose your how much zeny are you willing to risk in order to get the top prize. The amount of zeny to be exchanged differs for every server. The top prize also varies per server. Basically the zeny needed is based on the current economy of the servers when these two girls are launched.
A little warning though, make sure to have extra inventory slots for the prizes that you will be receiving in this event. When you choose an amount to take risk you'll immediately receive a prize. So if you don't have a spare slot the prize will disappear. From what I know each character has an 100 inventory slots. This includes all items that can be seen on your inventory and all items currently equipped on your character.
If you're not that lucky its not all that bad. Consolation prizes on the event have great value like Yggdrasil Berry, Fish Slice and Guyak Candy. The best part of the gambling is getting the featured item Anael's Potato! Yep a branded potato c/o GM Anael. And they come in big numbers.

What is the Aneal's Potato for? I got like 500 of it from those 2 npc and I'm not sure what to do with it :/
You can sell it to the NPC's. Actually that is Potato renamed into Anael's Potato. It can also be found as loot on monsters.
