Bangungot Hospital - 1st Attempt

Overview:
Bangungot Hospital is an instance dungeon where in you'll be battling MVP Bangungot. He is responsible in cursing the patience in the Hospital and you have the task to stop him. The sought after drop on this quest is the ingredients for making a Bangungot tattoo. These tattoos can only be made during Pintados Festival.

The Cast:
The party composition on this adventure is random. We don't have specific roles imposed on each participant since it's our getting to know phase. We just let them pick the character they want to bring. Our team composition are as follows:

• Herbie Boy a Sorcerer - mob killer
• blur a Warlock - mob killer
• -=U._.U=- a Rune Knight - mob killer
• EthereaL RiaNair a Rune Knight - MVP killer

The Adventure:
We all gathered near Nurse Maenne at the lower right part of the First floor of the Hospital. We created an instance so that we would be able to enter the second floor of the dungeon.

When the instance was created everyone were able to enter the second floor except for -=U._.U=-. We found out that he wasn't able to finish the quest that's why he can't enter the dungeon. Minutes after the first phase blur was disconnected. So that leaves me and Rian performing the quest.

Since this is our first time to enter the dungeon Rian and I tried to gather as much info as we could while going through the different phases of the dungeon. During the Invulnearable phase of Bangungot we were able to hit him with small digits but he keeps on healing himself.

Then I realised that we shouldn't be killing Bangungot and instead we should be killing the Mangkukulam mobs on the other side of the room. When I cleared the room we were warped back to Bangungot's Room.

We tried our best to bring down Bangungot but each phase we have an increasing number of Manananggal that makes our MVP killing harder. Bangungot himself is hard to kill because he keeps on using Dispell, Ganbantein and Lord of Vermillion.

In the end we gave up and left the instance. Definitely this is not our last encounter with Bangungot.

Comments:
Yes it's a failed attempt but we surely gained a lot of knowledge on the mechanics of the dungeon. Facing MVPs needs proper roles in order to be successful which is not the case on this run. We don't have MVP killer to start with but we have a tanker and Land Protect against Bangungot's Lord of Vermillion. Plus only Rian and I have been able to make it inside the dungeon to perform the instance. This experience will be used on our next attempts to come.
