Locate Lucky Gurl who is dancing near the center of Prontera. To be specific she is near the Tool Dealer building near the Prontra Fountain just beside Lotti Girl.
Before anything else make sure that you have a Lucky Ticket to be exchange with Lucky Gurl. Also make spare slots in your inventory for the prizes to be awarded. The prizes will disappear if you are overweight with items.
Start gambling by talking to Lucky Gurl and hand over the ticket. The prizes will be awarded immediately to your character after the exchange. List of prizes are presented to you before you gamble so you know the top prize on the list of items

Lucky Gurl for me is a tamed version of Lotti Girl because players cannot unlimittedly avail of the gambling service. Because Lucky Tickets are hard to acquire it lessens the number of gamblers who can get the top prizes. The mechanics of gambling of this version is controlled unlike Lotti Girl. But maybe on future promos and events these Lucky Tickets might not be that rare. So let's just see what happens.
