Malangdo Expedition

Malangdo Island is the land of the Cats. It is said that these cats are traders who had their ship wrecked on the island. As time pass by they settled on the island and became traders to Rune Midgard. And now adventurers can access the island and enrich their trades with them.

The Cat hand service originates from this island. We can say that these cats has provided a good kafra like service in the New World. Now it is our turn to explore their island.

The island resembles a cat paws that gives away a hint that the island is inhabited by cats. Since Malangdo island is a trade island most of the towns around Rune Midgard has cat NPCs that will transport you to the island.

Upon setting into the island, there is only a few things to explore. There is the Island itself and the Malangdo Dungeons. We can see the ship wreck at the middle of the island and around it are cat traders. The island is a hypermart based patch so it is expected that most of the features are accessible via purchasing something from the hypermart.

The dungeon is not promising to adventurers because the monsters are not that powerful. They post no threat to anyone who attempts to roam around. The loots are not that rare too so there is no reason to stay here and level up.

I think that's all about Malangdo. I guess the main feature for adventure on the island are the enchant-able weapons with powerful stats and the instance dungeons. As for the map for exploration I was only amazed by the ship and nothing more.
