Byalan Level 6 Expedition

Byalan has been in Ragnarok online for so long. It is one of the favorite dungeon of pre-transcendence adventurers because of the increasing progression it offers. You can practically start there from a lowbie until you become a second job. Although mage classes will have harder time in the dungeon without a party.

Patch Notes: June 26, 2013

Patchnotes are up and we have a scheduled Bossnia again.

I have a feeling that Bossnia will became a permanent dungeon in pRO but with a schedule. The dungeon has been in commercial servers for 3 weeks now but it has a schedule. I think this is a great idea since people are always asking for this dungeon. Though with these set up players will be forced to adjust with the schedules.

Cobra energy drink is still here. Try enchanting your snake hat and you will see that the enchants are very nice. Being greedy with SUPER lakas enchant is also good investment and you will see that it is worth getting.

The hypermart have updates again. More cute stuff are being added with reasonable price. I think that's all that we have this week. Read the rest of the patchnotes after the break ~

New Cards starting from Eclage Patch

Card system is a classic feature of Ragnarok Online where it is still being updated every now and then. Cards are specifically dropped by the monster it represents. For example a Poring Card is exclusively being dropped by Poring monsters. But of course at present day there are other means of getting this cards aside from looting it from the monster itself. kRO had been generous in updating the card system to include various cards starting from Eclage Patch.

The new cards from different episodes are featured below. The information below were implemented on kRO but may still be subjected to changes. Knowing their effects might give us proper planning with the current items that we have now especially our well kept over upgraded gears.

Patch Notes: June 19, 2013

Patchnotes are up and we have another Bossnia week but with a schedule.

Bossnia has become a regular event in pRO alternating with modified experience and stat reset. But this week Bossnia became too restrictive because they are now requiring adventurers to have a premium service ON and buy a bossnia ticket in order to enter the dungeon. Previous Bossnia only requires either of the two options but now they have decided to have them both. I'm not really sure if the reason is something to do with spending money because I can recall that everyone entering the dungeon is paying aside from the consumables being spent like token of ziegfried, acid bomb bottles, food buffs etc.

The creation of godlies also requires premium service now. I'm assuming creation on both WOE1 and WOE2 requires premium now but I have no idea at which point in the quest requires the premium. I think this scheme is now forcing guild masters to have a premium service in order to create one. In my opinion this change has less impact on servers like Valkyrie who are loaded with god items. The daily questors of gods will be limited because of this change.

New set of pets and headgears are out! It's a nice week by week release of pRO. People have enough time to let the new items sink in. I'm looking forward to the release of Leaf Cat pet.

Then we have other events going on like the new tie of pRO with Cobra Energy Drink. Expect it to be a zeny drain event but worth it. Personally I have created my own Snake hat [1] with stats Special STR, HP + 400 and Fighting Spirit lvl4.

Patch Notes: June 13, 2013

I'm back in action again. Busy life is busy and I cannot do anything about it.
Patchnotes is still hot!

I'm very much impressed over this pass few weeks of patchnotes because pRO were very much active in promoting new headgears in such a way that you will feel the rarity of the item again. The only down side is that most of these headgears are very expensive. Personally I tend to compare the prize of the headgear against its stat first then its appearance. I see to it that it will be worth buying considering that I'll be buying a virtual item as against a real stuff.

For this week we have a bunny band challenge. I just bought an Aqua Bunny Band for my collection but I'm not considering joining this event. The prizes were no longer desirable for me unless you are aiming for the good stuff which is on the +12 upgrades and up. Refine deeds are always there for our upgrading needs.

I will try my best to attend the Cobra Energy drink event tonight. I'm excited on the enchantment on the snake hat plus this is another tie up promo for pRO. We have a rare events like this so I'm looking forward to participate in the event.
