I'm posting this patchnotes super late because I'm out of the country during the time this was posted.
I'm just going to mirror this patch notes for the sake of archiving.

PHILIPPINE RAGNAROK ONLINE MAR 13 PATCH NOTES

I. PATCH SIZE: less than 6MB

II. GAME UPDATES:

• Update Loading Screen (ALL SERVERS)
• Disable the following events (ALL SERVERS)
  
  • Cherry Blossom Sprites
  • Valentines Event
  • Cherry Blossom Event
• Bug fix on the following: (NEW CHAOS only)
  
  • Emergency Call is not working on Schwarzwald Agits
• Game Balance Issue: (SAKRAY only)
  
  • Lowered chance of ability for Miming Card (From 50% changed to 5%)

• New Loki Event - Top 3 Rankings (Updated)
