Patch Notes: September 29, 2011

We had another week where the maintenance has been moved to Thursday. And I'm posting the patch notes late again. There is an upcoming event called Gold Poring Event. No details posted so we have to wait on what's this event all about.

Siege was back to normal with the activation of MVP scrolls. Saturday siege is also re-activated. Normal war of the Emperium will commence every week.

Hypermart is still on sale. Nothing caught my attention so read the rest of the patch notes after the break.

Patch Notes: September 22, 2011

So I'm posting the patchnotes late again. Please bear with me for the succeeding weeks. There is an upcoming Orange Upgrading Event. So that means another upgrading challenge to get Boss Cards, over upgrades and other rare items.

Godly Items and MVP cards are activated again. So back to our usual sieges using imba items. Boss Scrolls will be back next week. And that makes our sieges normal again. In effect all Agits will reset back to its ownership and so its Eco and Def.

No Siege this coming saturday to give way to RPC 2011 finals to be held at SM Skydome. Finalists will battle for the 4 slots for LU Live 2011. Be there and enjoy. I can personally say that these events brings lots of fun for gamers like us. Just be patient and bear the long lines and you'll be ok.

Patch Notes: September 15, 2011

As I have updated on my Facebook Fan Page I can no longer post patch notes on a timely manner because I'm out of the country due to work. I won't bother explaining the details but I'm very happy that I can still access Ragnarok Online here. There's a tolerable lag and somehow I can manage to attend sieges.

Lets get down to business! We have a MODIFIED EXPERIENCE this week. Prepare your supplies and take advantage of fast leveling. Endless Tower might not be reliable in few days so climb early. But then again it looks like we are having a modified experience once a month.

Stat reset service is out. Bossnia is out. And false warp Memos are out.

jRO Renewal Promotional Video

Renewal has been out to almost all official servers in the world. Ragnarok Online was drastically changed with its release. Most common ragnarok info were outdated and we have to relearn the mechanics of the game once again. jRO was first to release a promotional video containing renewal info and the change that happened. Although it was intended for Japanese players the visuals was enough to let a ragnarok online veteran understand the meaning of the details flashed in the video. So what are you waiting for? Endless Tower - Five Man Team with Friends

Overview:

Renewal gave spice to Ragnarok Online with the dawn of 3rd job classes and new game mechanics. However they have provided limited maps to level up third job characters. The most efficient map for power leveling at the moment is on Endless Tower because of the bulk experience provided by MVP monsters. My friends and I follow the trend by organizing a five man team to enter this dungeon.

Patch Notes: September 7, 2011

The patchnotes were posted during lunch and we have a big news. BOSSNIA DUNGEON for the first time this post-renewal. It's an unexpected event because as we all know MVPs are the only monsters who are not affected by experience penalty. Now pRO is giving away chunks of experience through bossnia dungeon. Gear up and join in MVP hunting and leveling galore. No more Endless Tower waiting for the week.

On other news, Torsen is back for Valkyrie and Valhalla. New Loki has their Crimson Invation event removed so I'm guessing the bugged NPC for Valkyrie will also be removed. Sakray is busy with El Dicastes patch.

Hypermart is still on sale. Bossnia MVP Passport is being sold as part of the Bossnia Event. But players who availed Premium Service will have an unlimited access to the dungeon so no need to purchase Bossnia MVP Passport.

kRO finally released the skill balancing patch on their main servers. It consists of almost all chunk balancing patches released on kRO Sakray before. The information is taken from kRO patch notes for the week. The one posted on my site is the translated patch notes from iROwiki.

Hi there ragnadiks. I assume that you bump on this site because you are looking for something Ragnarok Online related. For my new visitors welcome to my site. Basically it contains info, guides, updates, news and my personal experiences which includes sieges and adventures. As for my regular readers, thanks for patronizing my site even though it's not a one stop shop site I hope you got what you're looking for here. For my foreign readers, hope you understand that the things posted on this site are from Philippine Ragnarok Online (pRO). Some quests, info or guides might not be implemented on your respective servers or perhaps there are some differences. Anyways everyone is welcome here!

I would also like to remind everyone to refrain from posting rude and inappropriate comments on posts and on chat box. I don't tolerate this actions and I remove them immediately. If you're really pissed or upset on anything say it in a nice way. I don't tolerate spam too that's why I enabled captcha on post's comment box and on the chat box. I also respect different views so commenting against one of my posts is okay as long as you say it in a nice way. Nonetheless everyone can place their own comments that's why commenting anonymously is enabled.

For a very long time I'm not able to actively post something substantial on the site. Please bear with me because real life stuff is really eating up my time and will still continue on succeeding months. I will try my best to give you something useful in some way or another which will only require a chunk of my time writing. But I'm really thankful that you still patronize my site.

Hmm I guess I made this post an update on what's happening to me. But oh well, here are some of the feedback that I got in-game. Thanks to my fellow Valkyrians who shed some of their time dropping by my pubs. I'm not able to "tambay" for longer hours in-game anymore but somehow I still got some feedback. Silvah Bunny Band Upgrading Event

Overview:

An upgrading event had been implemented on our servers and it didn't loose it's renewal touch. The promotional tagline for the event is "Get your Bling on" which sounds like hip-hop with a gangstah attitude. The attitude remained on the name of the event for Valkyrie server which they called Silvah Bunny Band Event. Funny enough that even the color is sounds like gangstah. Just like the previous events adventurers would be able to trade an upgraded Silvah Bunny Band with the hard to resist items on a list provided. The Silvah Bunny Band has the attributes VIT +1, INT +3, STR +2 and over refinement bonus. The details of the event are provided at our Unified Forums.
