The guides in this segment caters to newbies and returning players. A lot of changes has been done to Ragnarok and only veteran players were able to tract them down. The newbie guide page aims to deliver the frequently asked guides and need to know information of players. This section contains ROMSP server specific guides

Eden Group:

Became the common point across all maps in the server. Most of the services needed by players can be done here.

First Floor - the spawn area when you warped to Eden

• Easy Access Supplies - easy access to NPC that sells essential supplies and ammunition
• Stat Reset - guide on how to Stat Reset
• Hat Maker - seasonal headgear crafting via quest in which one of the ingredients to be used is a Kafra shop item
• MC Tiffany - provides hunting and item collection quest based on the comeback stage of the month
• Billboard Mission - guide on the turn-in experience version of ROMSP
• Billboard Master - NPC to exchange Billboard Pass to a list of items and services
• OBG Exchanger (event only) - convert Old Blue Box into Old Purple Box
• The Contributor - exchange loots for instant experience
• Tiffany's Treasure Box (event only) - exchange Treasure Key to a random item on the list
• Tiffany (Pirate Style) (event only) - exchange Treasure Kard to a random item on the list

Right Room - exit the first floor to the right portal

• Cursed Water Making - creating cursed water made easy
• Slot Enchantment - guide on how to perform slot enchantment on the limited selection of items from ROMSP
• Card Remover - service to remove card from an equipment
• Ms. Everything - exchange 10 Lucky Coupon to get a random item from a pre-determined list of items and has an option to convert 100 Aigenta Receipt to Lucky Coupon
• Kard Machine (event only) - exchange 5 unwanted cards for 5 Kard Koins and exchange 5 Kard coins for a random card which includes MVP cards

Second Floor - from first floor exit the stairs at the lower right

• Aigenta Officer (removed)- guide on exchanging Aigenta Receipts for supplies and equipments
• Fitness Trainer - guide on how to increase your weight limit
• Mergician - merge the same Kafra Shop items that consumes more than 1 slot
• Gem Exchanger - producing Yellow Gemstone and Red Gemstone from Blue Gemstone
• Fashionista - change clothing scheme using the Clothing Dye Coupon
• Rough Exchanger - change rough ores to upgrading ores
• Mineral Smelter - able to craft enriched and HD versions of ores
• Armor Refine - enables to upgrade armors using different upgrading ores
• Weapon Refine - 4 NPCs that enables to upgrade weapons using different upgrading ores

Redeem Item:

Items introduced by ROMSP which can be used to exchanged to various list of services and items

• VIP Kard - can be obtained from opening VIP Box
• Billboard Pass - can be obtained every time you redeem a completed quest to any Billboard Mission
• Aigenta Receipt - can be obtained from daily log-in or opening Lucky Scrolls
• Mysterious Kard - can be obtained from Dewata monster drops
• Guild Emblem - can be obtained from WOE 1 dungeon 
• ROMSP Phone (event ended) - can be obtained through item drop from monsters on Kiel dungeon and Juperus Dungeon
• Colored Tag (event ended) - can be obtained by completing daily quest provided by Kelsey during the 3rd anniversary Sports Day
• Tiffany Kard and Tifanny Key (event only) - can be obtained by hunting Rudo on selected field maps
• Malaya Ticket - can be obtained by completing Port Malaya quests and daily quests
• Lucky Coupon - can be obtained from promos, events and opening Lucky Scrolls
• Inferno Candle - can be obtained from Rachel fields, Ice Cave Dungeon, Veins fields and Thor Volcano dungeon monster drops
• Boss Amulet - can be obtained from MVP drops

Receive Experience:

NPCs with options to provide experience. Some are given for free, some needs to complete a quest and some need item exchange.

• Billboard Mission - complete the monster kill count to receive experience
• MC Tiffany - complete the hunting quest or item collection quest
• VIP - daily free experience with reset every 5am Philippine Time
• The Contributor - level dependent exchange of loots for experience.
• [3rd Anniversary] Mader Sitang (event ended) - daily free experience with reset every 5am Philippine Time
• [Christmas 2020] Mader Sitang (event ended) - daily free experience with reset every 5am Philippine Time

• September Monster Hunt Quest(event ended) - an event that lets you gather 50pcs of a specific loot then pay 50,000z to get a random reward where in the top prize is Wanderer's Sakkat
• Runaway Jakk(event ended) - the Halloween 2017 event that rewards players with 2 costumes and a unique pet that can be evolved

• September Monster Hunt(event ended) - a zeny drain quest to hunt monsters for a chance to get a rare headgear
• ROMSP 3rd Anniversary - Mader Sitang(event ended) - an anniversary NPC that provides a lot of freebies for everyone
• ROMSP 3rd Anniversary - Sports Day(event ended) - daily quest that requires hunting and item collection in exchange for experience and items
• Tiffany's Treasure(event only) - hunting Rudo to drop Key and Kard that can be exchange to equipments
• Devil's Follower(event ended) - the Halloween 2020 event that rewards players with Trick or Treat scroll that has a chance to get 2 costumes and redeeming 200 Pumpkin Deco for a unique pet.
