Pixie Fairy is a new Hypermart with Winged gears theme. The items sold on this Hypermart is mainly about Angel wings or Evil Wings related merchandise. She only appears by occasion and last for a limited number of days as determined by pRO GMs.
How to get there:
During the February 20, 2013 patch, Pixie Fairy has been relocated to Port Malaya. She is standing to the left of the Tiangge NPCs at the center of the city. I think the reason of relocation is to promote Port Malaya as the RoK NPC capital of pRO. Because of the cheap sale of Inside Out-shirt, going to Port Malaya is cheaper and easier.
How to get there during the initial release:
Make your way to Payon City. Walk towards the Upper left part of the map where you can see the two bridges. Find Pixie Fairy just in front of a large castle and above the large stairs. Bear in mind that she only appears during events.
Item sold on it's initial release:
The list of sold on this Hypermart is also available on the regular Hypermart. What makes Pixie Fairy a bit special is the Archangel Wing, a costume where in while wearing the item will let you have wings that is visible on your character sprite. However the price of the item is discouraging.
Since this is also Hypermart the currency used to purchase items is in ROK points. Conversion is 1php = 20 ROK Points.

kasi kung oo, possible na pwede pa tayong magsuot ng ibang garment kasabay nyan, edi pwedeng 2 Deviling Cards in 1 Garment Slot (Deviant Archangel Wings & Deviant Diablous Manteau)
sana po ma clarify ito, kasi kung ganun nga ang kanyang silbe, aba, medyo hindi na discouraging ang Archangel Wing Price, kaso hindi lang cya "Pamorma", talagang may "Silbe" na cya :D
costume siya in the sense na meron kang nakikitang pagbabago sa character design mo pero sa equipment window pa din sya nailalagay.
