Episode 16.1 Banquet of Heroes

Overview:
The Royal Banquet revolves around the succession process on who will be crowned as the new king among the 7 royal families. The families attended are the Heine Family, Nerius Family, Walther Family, Wigner Family, Richard Family, Geoborg Family and Roegenburg Family.

Episode 14.1 Bifrost

Story:
The guardian of the Bifrost, bridge between Midgard and Asgard, began losing it's soul to lyrical-like temptations.
As thousands of years passed, she wondered why she used all of her strength to guard the Bifrost. She became confused and chose to seal herself up rather than live in fear.

Wolfchev's Laboratory Instance Dungeon Cards

Overview:
Wolfchev is the scientists who performed human experimentation in Lighthalzen to be used as weapons for Schwarzvald republic. At the 4th level of the Somatology Laboratory there is a hidden room where in adventurers can had a peek on the horror that Wolfchev had done to his experiments in a form of Instance Dungeon.

Grave of the Victims - Biolabs Nightmare Mode

Overview:
The Rekenber Corporation has yet another discovery on the Biolabs dungeon. Out of curiosity, the adventurers have discovered a dungeon deep in the Biolabs where many have gone but none came back. Soon after, the dungeon has been called The Grave of the Victims.

Episode 15.2 Memory Record

Overview:
Memory Record is the continuation patch of the city of Verus. The discovery of additional maps of Verus were due to the efforts of the nerds who are investigating the area. There is also an instance dungeon which features experimentation of scientist who are replicating the creation of MVPs.

Episode 15.3 Heroes Trails

Overview:
Heroes Trail is a patch created for the continuity of the story of Ragnarok main characters. The patch will revolve on the adventures of the heroes like Fenrir, Sakray, Iris and Sarah. It will give us an idea on their adventures and dealings.

Ep15.1 New Historic Site (Verus)

Overview:
Verus can be found in Midgard somewhere in Schwarzwald Republic above Hugel Town. It is an ancient city that was discovered with a striking similarities to Juperus Dungeon. A group of nerds was able to discover it but details of the city remains a mystery.

Episode 14.3 Decisive Battle

Overview:
Morroc is the desert city located at the south west of Prontera. Little did we know that the name of the City was from Satan Morroc, a demon that was imprison by Thanatos at the center of the city. His name suddenly surfaced when the seal of Satan Morroc had been weakened and he was able to come out that led to the Destruction of Morroc city. The people of Morroc fled away from the city until Satan Morroc was defeated by the heroes of Midgard.

War of Emperium Training Edition Godly Items

Overview:
War of Emperium is one of the greatest strong features of Ragnarok Online. It is a guild versus guild feature where in great guilds can create gods for their effort to conquer Agits. Currently most servers has the War of Emperium which features the god items Sleipnir, Megingjard, Mjolnir and Brisingamen; and War of Emperium Second Edition which features Asprika and Brynhild. Now there is an expansion on these feature called War of Emperium Training Edition.

Horror Toy Factory Instance Dungeon

Overview:
Toy Factory is a Dungeon located in Lutie which can only be access via Al de Baran. The dungeon looks like a factory of toys where Santa Clause gets gifts to be given at Christmas Eve. It has a lot of Christmas themed monsters in which Stormy Knight is the MVP at the top floor. But there is more that meets the eye. Toy factory hides a horror that you'll never forget.

Glast Heim's Instance Dungeon

Overview:
Glast Heim has long been released in Ragnarok Online but no one really knows how and what happened to the city. Adventurers who still explore the ancient city can only see the remnants of the past. It's history remained a mystery. A city that became a home for vicious monsters.

Episode 14.2 Eclage

Story:
In their effort to trace the trails left behind by Satan Morroc, brave adventurers have crossed Bifrost into a mysterious city, Eclage. Laphines in Eclage were completely isolated from Splendide because of the Forest of Labyrinth. Despite the extreme dangers, the adventurers have made their way to Eclage, pleasantly surprising the Laphines.

Eclage city, created around the giant tree, is Laphine tribe's mainbase, created to confront the Sapha tribe in Jotunheim. Eclage is situated in Alfheim, connected to Bifrost north field. Bifrost Treetop, which is linked to Bifrost, can also be found infront of Eclage, linking Alfheim to Jotunheim.

Hall of Abyss - Guild Dungeon Expansion

Overview:
The War of Emperium has been the best end game feature of Ragnarok Online. Most players are still into this game for so long because of these feature. And guess what there is an update to spice up these feature more. It is called Hall of Abyss.

Ports of Malaya - Philippine Themed Map

Our country Philippines, finally had its own Ragnarok Online themed map. It is called Ports of Malaya. Malaya in Filipino language means 'Free' as in Freedom. So if you join the names together it means Port of a free country. Well thats my personal interpretation of the latest kRO patch. Ports of Malaya is a well made patch composting of new maps to explore, wide range of Philippine mythical monsters to kill, quests to perform and it even has instance dungeons. I can't believe that Gravity is making a Global Project Map this grand. Lucky for pRO players that Gravity put an effort to construct our country's map.

Wolfchev's Laboratory aka Biolabs Instance Dungeon

Lighthalzen Somatology Laboratory also known as Biolabs has uncovered more heinous experiments as kRO Sakray revealed a fourth level of the Laboratory. From past episodes of Ragnarok Online, we have seen the dirty works of Rekenber Corporation on experimenting on humans to create powerful human weapons. They performed these experiments on the Lighthalzen Somatology Laboratory but something went wrong. Now their test subjects has gone wild and wandering inside the laboratory.

Renewal Background Story

Renewal is fast approaching. Two more days to go and everything that you know of Midgard will change. The landscape of leveling up, boss hunting, instance dungeons, guild sieges and pvps will also change as the world of Ragnarok is renewed. With my instinctive web browsing I was able to look at the background story created by iRO at Warp Portal. I read them all and they have a very nice story behind the renewal.

Aside from the Renewal Update background story, they also have class specific story. Each job class has its own story on how they came about in Ragnarok Online. For the rest of background stories please read after the break.
