Premium Hypermart is a variation of hypermart exclusive to Premium users. In order to enter this hypermart you need to avail the Premium Service. Premium service is available to both F2P and P2P servers.

Patch Notes: November 16, 2011

Patch notes this week are posted and there are a lot of in-game activities going on. The GM team call these events as Novemberrific. True enough its a terrific week with a lot of things to do in-game.

First off Bossnia Dungeon is back! Everyone can boost their level especially their job level now because of the not penalized experience gain from the MVP monsters. Friends and guilds must take advantage of this event to gain faster experience. I believe that this is a better power leveling option from Endless Tower.

Halloween event is patch although its too late. The quest is somewhat mysterious because you have to locate several NPCs in which their coordinates were not revealed on the guide provided by pRO. This quest is a true adventurers quest because you'll take the challenge of locating these NPCs on your own. At the end of the quest you'll receive a Halloween headgear.

And then we have a revival of the "Donita and Ligaya" concept in the form of Lottery Girl. Well at first I thought it would be a zeny drain event but it looks like a ROK drain event. The biggest gamble prize being given by the NPC is an instant +9 free upgrade to any armor or weapon of choice. Another game breaking event by pRO. By the time the NPC was released a lot of Valkyrie players had availed the free upgrade. Its another game breaking move but what more can I say they already released Ghostring Card in Valkyrie. Spoon feeding everything through ROK points to gain a great advantage is drastically breaking the overall gaming experience of players. Its like pRO is robbing the thrill and excitement of casual players while feeding the addicted players with hard to resist hypermart offers. And so I'm ranting. XD

There are other events going on but I'm not discussing them anymore because my commentaries are getting longer. Read them all after the break.

Bossnia on Post Renewal

Overview:
Bossnia Dungeon is a boss all you want dungeon where MVPs spawns like normal monsters. Pre-renewal it is one of the most used event by pRO next to modified experience. People tend to enter the dungeon to harvest high value loots from these MVPs. Post-renewal the event is somewhat being held back because MVPs are the only fast pace leveling available. Things came up unexpectedly and pRO launched the first Bossnia Event in Renewal!

Ports of Malaya - Philippine Themed Map

Our country Philippines, finally had its own Ragnarok Online themed map. It is called Ports of Malaya. Malaya in Filipino language means 'Free' as in Freedom. So if you join the names together it means Port of a free country. Well thats my personal interpretation of the latest kRO patch. Ports of Malaya is a well made patch composting of new maps to explore, wide range of Philippine mythical monsters to kill, quests to perform and it even has instance dungeons. I can't believe that Gravity is making a Global Project Map this grand. Lucky for pRO players that Gravity put an effort to construct our country's map.

Patch Notes: November 9, 2011

G'day everyone modified experience is over but the adventure on El Dicastes has just started. Explore the never ending chill on the map. Face the new MVP and indulge yourselves with the new loots.

A lot of bug fixes are being installed on the main servers because of the recently introduced bugs from the latest patch. Aside from those, the regular memo traps has been wiped as part of the temporary solution of pRO to stop abusive warps.

A lot of Hypermart related events are installed this week. STAT RESET is back! and your current reset log has been reset which I guess means we can avail again the FREE stat reset on the first try. And succeeding resets will cause Shards of Odin. If you are not familiar with the reset please read my post on Stat Reset. Another event would be receiving a free +8 upgrade to any armor or weapon of choice but you must buy hypermart items worth 100,000 ROK points which is equivalent to 5000php.Gym Pass is also on sale which costs 5php per piece so getting lvl10 of the increase weight will only cause you 50php. A very good deal indead.

Patch Notes: November 3, 2011

El Dicastes patch has been released on the commercial servers. As a bonus to the new patch pRO is going to have a Modified Experience this week so enjoy leveling up while exploring the new maps in the New World.

A lot of bugs arises after the patch so this week there are a lot of bug fixes going on. The most notable one are the missing warp portals for Rachel Agits which is restored this week. Novice Fly Wing and Novice Butterfly Wing is disabled on free to play servers so no more getting out of trap area using this items.

There are a lot of featured event and NPC at Sakray. What makes me intrigue is the Special Refine NPC. I don't play in sakray so I can't check what does the NPC do. My wild guess would be the release of the refined Elunium and Oridicon for upgrading. These are the items that made iRO furious regarding over upgrades because if you failed in the upgrading attempt instead of breaking the item remains but it will lose 1 upgrade instead. If my guess is right then I think pRO is pushing their luck too much again.

Hypermart is now selling the New Mounts for all job classes. Nothing is special on this except for extra movespeed and aesthetic purposes. I also noticed that pRO had updated the armory of the gods to sell the new weapons and armors which somewhat spoiled the sense of adventure of the players to go to the new map and loot for the new items. Last time the Ghostring card has been released on Valkyrie which defeats the initial feature of Valkyrie on not to have Ghostring and Golden Thief Bug card.
