MC Tiffany is a an event NPC that is regularly being updated to provide flavor of the month monsters. She provides quests and in return will give you a chunk of experience.
MC Tiffany is always tied up to the Comeback Stage events. During the event a group of monsters usually belonging to the same location had their experience doubled while their spawn is also increased. This makes the map more enticing for leveling up. Other specific locations also had monsters called "Guest" are introduced to spice up the leveling on these maps.
How to Start:
Locate MC Tiffany on towns usually beside the town Kafra. It is easy to locate her since she appears to be a Wanderer class.
She is also in Eden lined up with the Billboard Mission warpers at the top portion of the first floor
Talk to her and she will provide different services for you.
Go To Event Map
When you choose this option, she will instantly teleport you to the to the chosen Comeback Stage location. It provides a free and easy transport to finish the accepted quest.
Hunting Tiffany's Quest
Accept the Hunting Quest from Tiffany. A quest will be given where you need to kill 100 of each monster on the quest window.
Use the Go To Event Map option to teleport you to the event and start gathering kill counts. Kill counts are shared amount party members so you might want to organize it with your friends. As long as the killed monster is within the screen of your party mates it will be counted.
Collecting Tiffany's Quest
Accept the Item Collection quest. A quest will be given to you by Tiffany to collect 100pcs of each item on the list. The monsters that drop these items are also usually found on the Free instant warp provided.
This is the hardest quest of the two since some of the chosen drops has a low drop rate which means you will need to kill more than 100 monster to complete the 100 loot item. However you can still have the option to buy it from other players
Delete Tiffany's Quest
Delete currently accepted quest from MC Tiffany. You can choose to delete a specific quest or delete all quest.
Quest Turn-In:
Once quest is completed, non-VIP users can instantly get the base and job experience. However VIP users has a enormous increased experience received with an option to take x2 base, x2 job or split base and job.
Hunting and Collecting Quests has a separate cooldown of 3hrs each. It is best to plan the quest with your friends for faster kills and to maximize the cooldown time.

The Hunting Quest of Tiffany is one of the best way to promote a 12-man party for the Kill count leech to specialize build characters since each individual will surely get the chunk of experience once you turn in the quest. It also creates a mini adventure to friends who are still leveling their characters.
The Collecting Quest on the other hand is optional. If you are rushing on your leveling then you can get this quest. However it is more practical to just convert the gathered loots to zeny. There will always be buyers of quest items so you will earn more from vending it on the quest area.
There are also times that the Comback Stage event is not that practical for leveling. If we have a good Comeback event like the previously released Stalactic Golem, Brasilis and Dewata, take time to grind since they are hard to come by.
