SP is essential in surviving Ragnarok Online. It is used to perform skills which helps in leveling, PVP, GVG and boss hunts. We can always rely on normal regeneration but it will take time sitting down. We can use SP Potions to immediately restore our depleted SP to be able to spam skills even at crucial moments.
SP potions in Ragnarok online back in the day is not readily available. The said set-up promotes farmer builds to get those items and prevents skill spammer builds from being too greedy. However because of promos and events Siege Blue Potion is being given out for free. It is also being sold in the Hypermart at a steep price. But if you don't want to rely too much on freebies and Hypermart you may refer on the list below of potions that can be obtained in-game.
The amount under "restoration" is only the base SP regen for each potion. Do note that investment in INT can add more potency on the regenerated SP from these potions. SP Regen Skill of Priest and Mage class also adds potency to the regenerated SP. Potion Research of Alchemist will only affect the potency of Blue Potion.

Description: Clustered berries with smooth skin that can be fermented to make wine.

This is the best item for Professors with Soul Burn and Soul Exchange build during War of Emperium
Basically if you fail to burn your target, you need a minimum SP to be able to cast Soul Exchange and that's what grape is effective.
Description: A bright yellow fruit with very sour juice and a fresh scent.

Aside from being used on quest, this is a good SP restoration for AGI builds which does not usually spam skills.
You only used the item during critical situations to immediately restore your SP.

It restores SP comparable to a blue herb but it's lighter so it means you can carry a lot of the item.
It is also a farmable item on lowbie monsters.

Usually used by monks for their Extremity Fist/Azura Strike spam.

Somewhat farmable but the price is not friendly.
A more flexible way to restore both HP and SP than Yggdrasilberry.
