Overview:

Empty Bottles is considered to be one of the most used loot in-game. It is used for class job change, ingredient in making a skill catalyst, ingredient for a consumable item and a quest item. However on pRO free to play servers this item is not dropped by monsters.

How to obtain the item:

There are two known ways of obtaining Empty Bottle on pRO Free to Play servers. One of which is buying through an NPC and the other is buying it through Hypermart. An indirect way would be buying it from vendors.

When buying Empty Bottles using ROK points locate the nearest hypermart on any town or city. Open the shop from the Valkyrie NPC. The empty bottles are being sold in bundles of 100 and 500. I'm not sure though if the empty bottle contents will stock upon opening 2 boxes of these.

The NPC located in Morroc has been removed because of an unforeseen exploit in a free to play server. Once again servers suffers the lack of Empty bottles causing scarcity of the said item. Finally after months of waiting a new NPC named Botelita was released on our servers. Botelita can be found in Izlude Town standing at the center of the town.

She sells empty bottle in 1pc or 10pcs per transaction. So if you want to buy a bulk of empty bottles you need to talk to her again and again and again.

When buying Empty Bottles using zeny use Kafra warp to Morroc City. From spawn point walk upward until you see an NPC named Trader. Open his shop and buy Empty Bottles. The cost of the empty bottles on this NPC varies depending on the servers' economy. As for our server The cost is 25,000 zeny. Although this is affordable for most veteran Valkyrians, newbie players will find it difficult to afford this item. It also shows that our server has huge zeny in circulation.

Previous Issues:
The issue with Empty Bottle existence happened during the implementation of Renewal on pRO main servers. During the patch, the F2P customed NPC selling those empty bottles was removed. There are no means of getting Empty Bottles in-game aside from the purchased and stocked Empty Bottles from pre-Renewal. The situation caused a turmoil on the market causing Empty Bottles soar its price. skills and consumables which are highly dependent on Empty Bottles and its products became less used. Newbies have to exert so much effort to produce zeny just to purchase a single empty bottle for their job change.

The dawn of Genetic's Change Material formulas raised so much hope for players wanting to discover the Empty Bottle formula. Many had hoped that this will be the answer to the lack of Empty Bottles in-game. Players became busy experimenting on possible combinations but no one succeeded. Many claimed its existence and even tried to sell the formula for a high price but until now no one revealed its validity.

Approximately six months after Renewal Episode, pRO released empty bottles on hypermart which caused 2 ROK points per piece. Its very expensive considering that we will be using real money to purchase this item. Also buying it in bulk will consume 1 inventory slot per piece which means it didn't stack. Then pRO decided to recall the item.

Approximately seven months after Renewal Episode, pRO released another Empty Bottle offer in hypermart but this time it is sold in bundles of 100 and 500. The price is somewhat affordable but we still demand for its existence in-game and purchasing it using zeny. Approximately eight months after Renewal Episode, pRO final released the Trader NPC in Morroc. There is a drastic change in its price in-game because it changed from 200 zeny to 25,000 zeny in Valkyrie. But we are happy that we can purchase this item using zeny as it used to be. It took pRO more than half a year just to fix the issue on Empty Bottles.
