Patch Notes: December 5, 2012

Patchnotes are up and I still can't access it. I have an international IP at the office so I can't see it. Thanks to my friend Rian and my guildmaster Blueberry Cheesecake for sending me the patchnotes. I'm posting this late because work is eating me alive.

So we have major updates today. First is its Christmas season in pRO so there are a lot of changes on major towns. Then we have another Bossnia for all players who want fast leveling. The magic number for leeching is 135 and you will not have a hard time looking for leecher.

Agit ownership and eco/def is reset. We have another WoE related event where in Godly Items are off. I don't know the mechanics yet since I can't access the forums. But based on the little detail that I've read most probably all MVP cards are allowed.

And OMG Neo Muffler is deleted. I will miss the imba stats you gave me all throughout the sieges that I've been through. I hope Neo Enchantment will be released again in the future.

Glast Heim's Instance Dungeon

Overview:
Glast Heim has long been released in Ragnarok Online but no one really knows how and what happened to the city. Adventurers who still explore the ancient city can only see the remnants of the past. It's history remained a mystery. A city that became a home for vicious monsters.

Pixie Fairy

Overview:
Pixie Fairy is a new Hypermart with Winged gears theme. The items sold on this Hypermart is mainly about Angel wings or Evil Wings related merchandise. She only appears by occasion and last for a limited number of days as determined by pRO GMs.

We have a continued Modified Experience with Modified Drop this week. Thanks for the extension and I can continue on leveling my Dieter.

The one hit magics made our WoE last monday extra special and challenging. I remember the Orlean's necklace exploit. Well the exploit was fix this patch. Neo item enchants are over. Hope you have a great time using them.

Patch Notes: November 21, 2012

Patchnotes are up and it's super late.

We have a Modified Experience with Modified Drop this week. The event was brought about by the connectivity issues encounted during the past days. I do hope that the servers will be playable now. I don't think the Modified Drop really mattered because almost all rare items are being given away through the CnR and HH promos. It would be better if they give us a massive sale on hypermart items.

There is a change on the Alberta Cargo Quest as stated on the patch notes. I'm guessing it would now allow third jobs to perform the quest. If my guess is right, I do hope they do the same to Prontera Church Donation Quest. These two quests restricts level 100+ characters to perform the quest.

Friendship cup is over and no more expected siege events to come til next year. Agit Lords will make us busy on the first half of the year. But for now lets enjoy the endless breaking of emperiums and rivalries.

Zodiac Crowns Collection

Ragnarok Online has been labeled as Headgear Online before because almost every patch we are receiving a lot of quest based headgears. But then again we can't blame the players from patronizing these headgears since the only equipment that can be seen by other players are the headgears. So why not make a hobby of collecting some of them.

Patch Notes: November 14, 2012

Patchnotes are up and it's right on target.
This is goodbye Bossnia and hope to see you again patch. I don't know what the twist was but it seems that there is a fewer encounter with the "langaw" and the "biomans". I have an enjoyable bossnia because all my usable characters are 150/50 now and I'm working on my display characters so I'm hoping for another bossnia soon.

Stat reset is still ON because we have a bug last week. Those who are anticipating for the reset can do so. Be reminded that first reset is free and succeeding resets needs shards of Odin. Do note that the shards of Odin are not mainstay merchandise at the hypermart.

The addition of Port Malaya warp to Prontera is very convient for daily questers in the philippine themed map. People can now easily perform daily quests conviniently from Alberta to Prontera to Port Malaya.

The big question is why?
Why did the GM team make Anderlagh agit to 100/100 DEF/ECO but did not reset the agit ownership? I'm trying to link it the friendship cup but there are no specific agit rule on specifying Anderlagh agit. So if not for friendship cup why did they made such change. Are they feeding the high profile guilds with daily quested godlies now? You just need a minimum of 65 ECO and 30 DEF to trigger the Fallacious Okolnir for making Asprika and Brynhild. Since Anderlagh Agit is for Brynhild are the GMs planning to meddle with the normal investments on Agits now? I hope I can find some explanation on their official page. I might be over reacting here.

Gambling NPCs and items were updated again this week so try them if you're feeling lucky. For me, I'm looking forward for the refreshed list of Tiangge items.
