Fantasmagorica Cards

Overview:
Episode 15.2 Fantasmagorica is the continuation of the story of Verus city which explores more info of the city. It also features instance dungeons like Charleston Crisis and The Last Room. The cards covered will be monsters on the Verus City and the instance dungeons that comes along side the patch.

The cards from Fantasmagorica are featured below. The information below were final and were implemented on official servers. Knowing their effects will give us proper planning with the current items or if these cards are worth farming once they are released on the server

Step Card
Description: Increases Axe Boomerang damage by 30%.
If refine rate of weapon is 10 or higher, add a additional damage by 30%.

Rock Step Card
Description: Increases Arm Cannon damage by 20%.
When equipped with Kick Step Card, Madogear will no longer consumes fuel.
If refine rate of weapon is 10 or higher, add a additional damage by 20%.

Kick Step Card
Description: MaxHP + 8%.
If wearer is Mechanics, reduces long-ranged physical damage by 30%.

Kick & Kick Card
Description: Increases Vulcan Arm damage by 10%.
If refine rate of weapon is 10 or higher, add a additional damage by 20%.
When equipped with Kick Step Card, Madogear will no longer consumes fuel.

Green Cenere Card
Description: MaxHP + 2%.
When receiving physical or magical damage, has a chance to recover 1000 HP per second for 5 seconds.

Repair Robot Turbo Card
Description: Increase HP and SP recovery by 25%.
Gain 30 HP and 3 SP each time a monster is killed by melee physical attack.
If refine rate is 7 or higher, add an additional 10 HP and 3 SP each time a monster is killed by melee physical attack.

Exploration Rover Turbo Card
Description: Cri + 30 on Formless race monsters.
When equipped with Repair Robot Turbo Card, increases critical damage by 10%.

Prefix: All scan

Scrap Robots Card
Description: Reduces physical and magical damage from Formless race monsters by 10%.
If refine rate is 7 or higher, add an additional reduction by 5%.
Has a chance to gain various accessories when monster is killed.

GC109 Card
Description: ASPD + 1%.
When the base level is 90 or higher, add an additional ASPD + 1%.
When the base level is 120 or higher, add an additional ASPD + 1%.
Compounded on: Accessory
Prefix: Overclock

DR815 Card
Description: Hit + 1.
When the base level is 90 or higher, add an additional Hit + 1.
When the base level is 120 or higher, add an additional Hit + 1.
When equipped with GC109 Card, has a chance to gain ASPD + 5 for 5 second when dealing melee physical damage.

T W O Card
Description: Atk + 10%
When dealing melee physical damage, has a chance to takes away 40% SP of all enemies within 15x15 cells around the wearer.
A chance to trigger can be increased for every 3 refine.

Charleston3 Card
Description: MaxSP - 300
Has a high chance to break target's armor when dealing melee physical damage.
When equipped with Kick Step Card, Madogear will no longer consumes fuel.
