The commemorative coins are being dropped by crystals that regularly spawns on all maps. All field maps and dungeons have this spawn. A little tip for faster gathering of coins, choose a small map where you can solo your hunt.
Small crystals carry the anniversary coins and some goodies such as candy cane, white chocolate and others. They have a plant like attribute where in they take 1 damage per hit though it only takes a few hits before they fall.
But wait there's more, there is a BIGGER crystal that gives more rewards! Yes the Big Crystal can give you as much as 3 coins and above per kill. However the big crystal is hard to kill because it has the plant like property where in it takes 1 damage per hit. Also it readily teleports once it gets few hits or idle for a short period.
Once you get at enough coins, you can exchange them on the Poring Machine on the package you'd like. There is an option to get the Angeling Package for 300 coins or Deviling Package for 100 coins.
The Angeling Package is what everybody is after because it has a chance to get the 10th Anniversary costume headgear.
As for me, I got the consolation prizes. I have 1 Field Manual and 1 Lolli Pop Box. Well I thought I got lucky because the Lolli Pop Box is a headgear but unfortunately it is a rental headgear for 3 days. It is not also tradeable so I can't make money out of it.
